I will say this has to be the best caravan site I have been to. The staff could not be friendlier.
I stayed in a silver 3 bed caravan it was very clean no problems at all. I have been to several Haven and let down by a few, but am planning on coming back again this summer - well done to Seton Sands.

Seton Sands Holiday village what a rip off. Drink food shop chippy all ridiculously overpriced.
Sports court is a concrete court not what they advertise on their website I complained and they just squirmed and acted stupid.
Pool to small standard of food and cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Golf courses close by, yes if you are extremely wealthy.
Beach is a good walk away. Site always seems populated by youngsters all drinking Buckfast and Lager or smoking on the beach.
Caravans near the top of the site get no peace most of the day due to kids in adjacent fields on motor bikes - some blooming noise.
To be avoided at all costs go to Haggerston instead.

Booked with Jennys Holiday Homes at Seton Sands, caravan was to a very high standard with everything you need for that hassle free holiday.
Well equipped caravan I had, had a small candy washing machine! Ideal with the kids.
Site had loads to do for the kids, with day and evening entertainment, funstars are just brill!
Though food and drink was a little expensive quality was good and great range on offer! Shop on site including a chippy (fantastic).
Great bus service into Edinburgh, excellent places to see which are within easy reach if you have a car e.g. North Berwick.
Overall really enjoyed my time there, and caravan was the best I have been in, will definitely book again!

Stayed in a 4* caravan - I have stayed in Haven caravans before but always gold - I will never try to save money again as it was a grotty pokey hole.
It was a tired looking caravan and there was a nice hole in the toilet wall. The mattresses were so bitty I cringed making up the beds.
The site was canny and quiet and compact and the pool area was nice. The entertainment for the kids (mine was 3) was great as all kids love those stuffed animals!
Over the road is a rocky beach well just rockiness not really a beach with a big sewerage pipe running into it from the site. Up the road is a nice beach at Gullyanne and it is spectacularly nice and white and clean.
The entertainment centre were you saw Rory etc. On a night we had really grimy seats so sit on an old coat!
The weather was nice when we went but I would struggle for something to do if it wasn't, although I'm led to believe Edinburgh is accessible, but we didn't drag our 3 yr old there.
Personally this was the poorest invested Haven I have been to, but had the friendliest staff and it was quiet.
If your coming from England I would cut your journey inhalf and go to Haggerston Castle instead. Scotland's not for me.

We stayed in a Gold Caravan on the site as I wanted the extra room and central heating! Caravan was nice and clean just a bit on the tired side in the fixtures and fittings dept - annoyed that the little things were missing like bedside lamps and table mats and for a gold caravan I expected a better standard of bedding. A pillow, is that too much to ask for the most expensive caravan provided?
Gripes over with, the site was a really nice compact entertainment centre but what was on offer was good, the swimming pool area was really nice. They had an on site chip shop with a good value fish supper for under £5. The nearest large supermarket was 3 minutes in the car away so you could by all you needed.
The convenience of the site was good for trips into Edinburgh and if you wanted to use the bus (which stopped at the entrance of the site) it was £1 each and free for children under 5 it took 40 minutes and saved all the hassle out of finding somewhere to park. The beach over the road from Seton Sands was a long beach full of rock pools and very rich in shells. All in All a nice family holiday and I would return.

I went to Seton Sands with my 2 granddaughters and my daughter in law to stay in a 4 star caravan. When we arrived and went to the caravan we thought there must have been a mistake.
This was much nicer than 4 star caravans we have stayed in on other sites; it was more like a gold standard minus the heating. Lovely!
We had taken lots of food and so the prices in the shop didn’t bother us but there is a co-op store along the road in Port Seton if you need to buy stuff. The fish shop on site did delicious food ... real chips ...and some very odd things like deep fried pizza and deep fried haggis. The only meal we had in the Oasis bar was very poor.
The staff at this Haven were absolutely great nothing was too much trouble. One evening Lucy age 3 lost the pink fluffy flashing thing her mummy had just bought her, I went into the shop to buy her a new one as she was really upset and the girl just gave us a new one.
The show bar was always clean and tidy someone was coming round all the time collecting glasses and rubbish. The manager of the shop was extremely helpful in locating another pink unicorn ...Hannah and Lucy wanted the same toy!
We have also been to Primrose Valley and Haggerston Castle and although Seton Sands doesn’t have as many facilities i.e. no boats or bikes or funfair it made up for it with the staff and the clean site and friendliness. I would definitely recommend this haven park.
