The standard of cleanliness in the privately rented caravan was poor to say the least. The matresses were not fit for a dogs bed, the whole caravan smelt like a soiled nappy and there was mould all over the walls. We reported a badly leaking kitchen roof and a faulty gas... more

VERY VERY expensive. We have two kids, 3 and 4 and on our 1st day decided to get a weeks pass for the entertainment complex. It cost £90!. What a disappointment. The so called complex is 95% fruit machines/arcade games or money machines. So basically you pay £90 to join... more

I am surprised they don't have a "0" rating, as I would not have even given it a "1" I have stayed on another Haven site in Cornwall, and you would have thought I would have learned my lesson wouldn't you? It seems nothing changes, and this site HAS to be the worst EVER.... more

this is the quietest camp site at night i have ever been to. i never heard any drunks or disturbances at any time. my children had a great time. would return, only downfall it is very exspensive to use boats, bouncy castle etc.
