Allhallows Holiday Park
, KentAllhallows Holiday Park Reviews
First of all why have a so called holiday park on a stinking mud bank on the Thames estuary
It is described as Allhallows on sea. There is no sea.Just muddy salt water infested with rubbish oil, broken glass, rusty cans and smelly seaweed.
Most of the caravans are owner occupied. There is a blatant "Them and us atmosphere".
The whole site is dirty, noisy and very very expensive.
We booked a caravan for six,Four adults and two children. My elderly parents said that their Anderson shelter in world war 2 was bigger, cleaner and more comfortable,The gas oven did not work, the toilet leaked and the shower was not adjustable.ok. if you are in to cold showers.
The entertainment was poor, overcrowded and deafening.
Our ten day holiday ended after six days.We all had had enough. My two kiddies were even glad to go home.
We did complain but this got us nowhere at all.I found the staff just not interested and the manager useless. We shall never go to Haven again.

I took myself.wife and my elderly parents to Haven at Allhallows in October 2011.
It is quite near to us and my parents cannot travel too far.I thought that peace ,quiet, and fresh air for a week would do us all good.
What a dissappointment!
Peace there was none. The vans are so close together that you can hear all that is said within the nearest three or four caravans. Cars are allowed to park on the grass next to the vans so that you can hear car doors slamming at all times of day and night. And the noise from the so called entertainments area was like World War Two.
Quiet? there was none.
Fresh air NO.The beach is just a mixture of mud, some sand shingle all mixed together with the stench of rotting rubbish and dog's mess.
It may be ok if you just want to get drunk and sink into oblivion but if so why pay money to live in third class accomodation.
If you eat there be careful. The pub and eating area is not the cleanest that I have ever come across.
Outside of the park there is very little to see or do.
And do not complain the manager there was the rudest man that I have ever met.NEVER EVER Again.

The caravan was nice, comfortable and clean to a standard. The entertainment for the children was fantastic. The seats around the arcades and pizza area are FILTHY and they should really replace these with wipe clean coverings. Security were helpful friendly and very poliet.
Now for the restaurant...I was served a steak and chips meal with chewed pieces of chicken and bits of mash floating around in my peas! Complained and got my money back. Vegetables were half dead at each meal and should never be served. Staff in restaurant/bar were rude and miserable and you were left waiting for an absolute age.
Other staff around the site however were very nice.
Mixed feelings about the holiday but if you eat elsewhere, it can make a really nice break.

Family with two small kids.drove through what looked like dodgy council estate in the middle of nowhere to get there. Bad amenities bad site and really lacking. Most caravans are privately owned and are law unto themselves. Accommodation cheap, everything else rip off. Twenty minutes drive from anywhere. Beach rubbish strewn and had broken glass and lacking sand, but loads of silty mud. Left after 2 days in what was supposed to bed week holiday.
- Advice: Go somewhere else

Arrived at allhallows. We booked a Luxery plus caravan, when we got ours keys and opened the caravan we were in shock. Was tiny, old fashioned and smelt! stains everywhere. We called reception to see how can they call that a luxery plus caravan, and they had mistakenly given us a luxery and not a luxery plus! We then moved to what they called a luxery plus caravan, lovely caravan but the carpet was a disgrace, couldnt even let my 8 month old baby sit on the floor it was so digusting! We couldnt be bothered to argue so we just got on with it. That evening me and all the family got dressed for dinner and headed to get something to eat. When we arrived at the resturant we were told it was closing at 8pm for a private party! Which is ridiculos as we have paid money to go there! so we had no choice but to eat at papa johns pizza! we only had about 4 tables and was situated right next to a childrens play area! Trying to eat dinner with kids screaming is offputting! After dinner we thought we would go check out the entertainment (non exsisting) and for the amount of caravans there to the size of the clubhouse is shocking! ending up in the caravan having a drink as there was absolutly nothing else to do! Day ! me and the family went to the resturant which was so kindly open today for us for breakfast... the staff was very rude and not helpful at all! and the breakfast was the size of a childrens breakfast. We decided to leave later that afternoon because we would rather be at home than in that dump! never again, a total waste of money and a waste of time! wanted a nice weekend away with the family and was soo disapointed. do not choose ALLHALLOWS!!! Bunn Lesiure we went back in April and was amazing! but unfortuanly couldnt get booked up so ended up here!!

We have just had a great 3 night weekend break at Allhallows-Haven. 8 adults 5 young children in 3 caravans and it was great, the kids loved it. We had 2 deluxe caravans and one standard we would have all gone for the deluxe had we known the standard had no radiators only a fire in living area. With the weather not being great you needed the heating on!! All 3 caravans were very clean and well maintained. The staff at the park were friendly and helpful. We will be going back for sure. Food was also good.

read the reviews bellow so wasn't sure what to expect but we had a great time. we found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. the camp was very clean and tidy and the caravan was spot on. I would say though that there is not loads to do so it is a brilliant place to base yourself especially if your going into London (which by car and train is about an hour and a half away). we had a great time and will defo go again

I had read some of these reviews before going so want sure what to expect. On arrival we were greeted by a really friendly security guard who explained the check in procedure. the reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. in fact we had no issue's with any of the staff all week. everyone was very smartly dressed and really couldn't do enough to help. we found the caravan to be of a very high standard and had no issues with cleanliness. this is only a small site, but the we found the pool to be very nice and clean, and there were activities going on for the kids throughout the day. also a nice play park and decent sports facilities. there was a different show on each night and the "Funstars" made a real effort to make sure the kids had a great time. they were always friendly whenever you saw them around the camp and remembered the kids names all week as well.
we only went for a short break and the purpose of our trip was to go into London, and with the local train links this proved to be a fantastic base for this.
all in all, this is a really nice little camp, probably not enough to do for a week or longer but an ideal short break and the perfect family base for a trip into the capital.

Went to Allhallows on 6th May with my 2 year old son and mother. We have been to a few Haven parks and like most of them, but have to say this is our favourite. Always loved the Seaview park in Weymouth, but we found Allhallows to be a friendlier atmosphere. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful and the caravan we had was very clean. All the facilities were good. I took my son swimming everyday and the pool was lovely and clean, he loved it. They also have the best playground for the kids complete with an air filled bouncy pad. My son LOVED this and it is surrounded by sand so no chance of any nasty accidents. I took my son in the pub and he was kicking up a bit of fuss so a member of staff bought him over some crayons to draw with and spoke to him which I thought was nice. We were greeted upon entering and leaving the park by polite staff. The park is very quiet both day and night. Even the staff in the shop were really nice. We loved our week stay at Allhallows and will definitely be returning soon and would recommend it to anyone. The beach at Allhallows isn't used at all and Margate is over an hour drive away so this may be a bit disappointing for some.
- Advice: Read the leaflet left in the caravan which tells you what to do nearby, we had a fun filled week using this

I went to Allhallows with my husband and baby neice plus my 2 sons aged 11 and 15. When we first arrived the reception told us we had 2 return 2 the park in 3 hours to enter our caravan but we put up a stink and in the end they gave us a better caravan. Whilst in the caravan we heard a loud buzzing noise so we opened the door and the sound came from the shop based right next to our caravan-from then on we were having second thoughts about staying here. Then we discoverd BLACK MOULD all over the curtains! My kids started top suffer from the symptons of toxic black mould which is headaches, high blood pressure, rashes, spots. We complained to reception and in advance they done NOTHING! The staff were all rude and not helpfull except from the security guards who were helpfull and very polite. The entairtainment seemed only for people around the age of 0-5 and 60-80's. In the day time their was nothing going on so our only choice was to go and spend money in the arcade seeing as there was nothing else to do. The club was tiny and finished very early at 10pm- this is the worst haven ever! wE HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE HEAD OF HAVEN AND IN RETURN THEY HAVE GIVEN US £3,000 IN COMPENSATION! Dont go 2 Allhallows!

What a disgrace this so called caravan site is.It is a great car park and rubbish tip but certainly not a holiday area.
What Haven have at Allhallows is a noisy, filthy, expensive relic of World War Two. The beach?is so bad that I am sure it would never be invaded by anything.
Although sardines might appreciate it as the caravans are that close together.
I spent less money when we recently visited Buckingham Palace.
The pub is by no means cheap and not very clean. Most of the facilities you have to pay for and it is less expensive to do a return journey to Rochester or Chatham than to purchase anything in the local hut (sorry shop).
The caravan that we rented was quite clean but the grill was missing from the cooker and the toilet would not flush.
All in all it was the worst holiday that we have had in eighteen years.
