Visit this park at your peril! Our accommodation was filthy (environmental health would have a field day), smelly (dog and tobacco) and freezing (no heating and gas fire didn't work). The upholstery was so soiled we refused to sit on it and the carpets were black. The... more

The worst place I’ve ever visited, if it wasn’t for my daughter’s majorette’s competition I wouldn’t go there again if it was free. The food was a joke, but unless you cater for yourselves or go into Filey you don’t have much choice. The carvery on a Sunday is... more

Stayed in our own caravan, £22 Pound for the weekend good value for two adults and one child. Would not consider going during school hols. Have found that facilities are as clean as previous user leaves them. Would agree that main bar staff need lessons in manners and... more

An awful holiday experience!
The gold caravan was filthy, falling to pieces - everything broke, including two microwaves and a toaster.
The facilities were disgusting, I think the men’s toilets were only cleaned once during our weeks stay and I have the pictures to prove it.
Not a very good site at all - stay away.

We stayed at the Blue Dolphin for a week in August. We had a electric pitch on the touring site. The first issue I had was upon entering the touring reception I was "welcomed" by the rudest woman you may ever wish to meet. After a few minutes of snapping at me and being... more

We booked a four day break and thought we would book the super luxury gold caravan after being impressed with the images displayed on the website. When we arrived we were shocked at the shear size of the campsite, the confusing entrance and booking in procedure. We were... more

Disgusting site. The facilities included a showbar, indoor, outdoor pool and a play area. The showbar's entertainment was ok, quite entertaining. The floor was sticky and if you tried to walk over to the bar, you could feel your feet sticking to the floor. It was... more

What an awful place, I will never set foot there again. We gave the food outlets a wide berth and cooked our own, sticking our noses through the door was enough. As for the public facilities, what a joke! Our toilet pipe came out rendering it unusable, of course at 8 in... more

This is the worse holiday ive ever had, i will never return to the blue dolphin. There was nothing for teenagers, no activities, no roller disco was open and everything else was aimed at kids of 1-6yrs olds. The pool was far too shallow, we couldn't even get a swim in... more

Having been on other Haven holidays last one was at Primose Valley which I would give 10/10 - Blue Dolphin was a nightmare! I would compare it to holidaying in a derelict housing estate in the fifties. There was only one bar open out of three. This was jam packed and... more

Went camping with a friend and three children. The campsite was spacious. The toilet block was very clean and we camped by the children’s park, so relaxed whilst our children played. The entertainment was great, the swimming pool outside was lovely and warm, the complex... more
