First holiday in two years, I was sold on Presthaven Sands by their website. In honesty, looked at reviews for the site beforehand, but I've used Haven before and honestly thought I'd give them the chance. We booked in for a two week holiday, got the keys and welcome pack,... more

I took my partner (70, daughter (42) and 4 grandchildren ranging from 16 to 12 for a week at the end of July. We also took our dogs which was one of the reasons for choosing a Haven holiday. The kids absolutely loved the range of activities, the dogs and the adults loved... more

Brilliant. Don't be put off
We booked to stay here through the £9.50 sun holiday promotion and in total for 4 nights/ 5 days it cost £87. This is our second holiday through the sun promotion. We arrived 3 hours early before check in and had a picnic on the play site and let the kids run off some energy chasing seagulls!! The check in opened at 2pm and we were met by a nice friendly lady who promptly found our check in details and gave us our keys after showing us where we were on the park, she advised that because our official check in time was not... more
Presthaven was [----].
My family and I have just returned from Presthaven. It was meant to be a cheap, relaxing, quality time family holiday. I can honestly say that our holiday was NOT what I had hoped. It was an awful experience and one that I will never, ever repeat. Perhaps I am a snob... But I had the pleasure of swimming in other peoples snot and dirt ( the pool was disgusting; a layer of dirt was on the top of the water, broken tiles, with used plasters and sanitary items around the pool and in the changing rooms, water leaking over walkways and out... more
Better than expected!
Myself and my boyfriend stayed at Presthaven Sands for a 4-night break from 29th Sept - 3rd Oct 2008. We booked the holiday online through the Haven website which was simple and efficient. We arrived at the site at around 11.30am on our first day and having booked a Prestige caravan we were able to check-in at 2.30pm. We took the opportunity to have some lunch in Burger King, which was lovely and fresh considering there weren't many customers at the time. We then had a look at the entertainment complex and took a drive around the grounds.<br... more
