Oh my god the palace hotel! Where do I start! This place looked more like a prison than a hotel! There were spikes on the lights above the apartments. The owners were very unfriendly. Everyone that stayed at the hotel at the same time as us wanted to complain. It states... more

Palace hotel was in a quiet part of Malia, the staff weren’t very friendly apart from the daughter. The breakfast which we only went down for once was awful,1 piece of Luncheon meat and some warm bread!!! The pool was always clean, and there was always a sunbed to lie... more
