Went to Malia, Crete in mid October 2006 for 7 days, apartments very basic. Virtually no hot water at all every day I was there and made showering etc very unpleasant. Cleaners only came round to clean rooms and empty the bins once every 3 days, also there was no shower... more

This hotel is disgusting to say the least. I would not let a stray dog sleep in there. The bar staff were extremely rude and so so miserable. We got kicked out of the pool area for reading newspapers. How pathetic. There was no hot water at any time we had no lighting in... more

The Natalie apartments are spacious and clean there was quite a lot of trouble in the apartments , people fighting the police did come and walk round the hotel quite often. The hotel staff very rude not friendly at all, you can hire a safe for 15euros and air conditioning... more

If you're after a nice accommodation while your in Malia do not chose these studios if you are after cheap accommodation and just the basics e.g. bed, shower (with no curtain) then these are ideal for you. Definitely choose the apartments and not the studios there were 3 of... more

These apartments are clean, lively and reasonably well located. The management are very rude but the pool bar staff are very friendly. The main nightclub strip is a 5-10 min walk, but the beach is a bit of a drag (taking about 25 minutes to walk). The Pool bar is expensive... more
