Check in was abysmal. It took us 6 hrs to get there and we had to spend another 45 minutes queuing to get our key. Made worse by staff sat talking behind the counter when they should have been working.

What a disappointment! The caravan, which was supposedly a four star luxury, was filthy.

The utensils in the drawer were disgusting, and the bathroom carpet was soaking wet. The quilts were stained and the beds were hard as rock. read more
