Had a week from 11th August. Got to say that I feel that the operators are cutting corners this year.

Staffing in the bars was often sparse with long queues developing at busy times.

Booked for 4 nights cost £330 for 2 adults 2 kids we stayed in silver apartment which was very tatty and to be honest not up to most peoples standard, but for the sake of the kids we tried to make the most of holiday.

3 night break at Craig Tara, Haven. Arrived around 3pm as we would be allocated keys at 2.30pm.

Were allocated keys but informed that the caravan may not be cleaned as they are short staffed (fair enough), will be done no later than 4pm. read more
