We arrived with an opened mind about this long weekend break, due to the low cost we paid. The reception staff are rude and unhelpful. The hotel was 90% occupied by foreign teenagers (15-19 years), who caused mayhem 24/7 throughout the hotel.

Visited with children and distinctly unimpressed. Rooms often not cleaned and noise levels constant throughout the night. Food lukewarm and bland. Hotel staff unfriendly and unwelcoming. Resort tacky and not safe for young girls. Very disappointing would never go back.

This was supposed to be a Christmas All Inclusive break, the staff made us feel decidedly unwelcome from the start. The food was almost unrecognisable, (usually luke warm) the entertainment was put on solely for the Spanish Guests.
