Is one of the worst hotels I have ever been at. Prima Life promise more than the hotel director or policy can manage. The all inclusive scenario is a big balloon to attract visitors. They pay and don't get what they have paid for. Is a rip off and a fake service behind all... more

It started badly when we arrived at the hotel at about 2am, only to find that the hotel was full and people would have to share rooms until 9am when other visitors would check out. The gentleman on reception could not handle the situation and even seemed to be laughing at... more
