Is one of the worst hotels I have ever been at. Prima Life promise more than the hotel director or policy can manage. The all inclusive scenario is a big balloon to attract visitors. They pay and don't get what they have paid for. Is a rip off and a fake service behind all that. I spoke to some employers in the hotel and all of them focused on the bad quality of food and they way employers are forced by the management to recycle the left-overs in order to minimize expenses on buying new fresh products as to the profit of the Prima Life.
Don't ever try to call them to book for a room. Your stay will be the worst than booking for living in a stable. All are the facade of a phony system whose main reason is to accumulate money fast in the pockets of the management and owner.

It started badly when we arrived at the hotel at about 2am, only to find that the hotel was full and people would have to share rooms until 9am when other visitors would check out. The gentleman on reception could not handle the situation and even seemed to be laughing at some of the customers complaints. Luckily for us, being a group of 3, we had our room available; however no bedding was provided for the 3rd bed and a third towel was also too much to ask for.
The hotel is advertised as having a hairdryer, phone and coffee/tea in the room, which it did not. The airconditioning was not working in the entire hotel (according to another visitor who overheard us at reception), meaning that the room was swarming with mosquitoes.
We were looking forward to taking advantage of some nice drinks with the all inclusive deal. The wine on offer was barely drinkable and the spirts tasted exactly as I imagine paint stripper would. At the hotel bar on the beach, you even have to pay for the alcoholic drinks despite being 'all-inclusive'.
The indoor pool was never open during our stay and the outside pool had a terrible sound system blasting out from 9.30 in the morning.
We found some of the male employees incredibly rude and over the top. We could not walk through the hotel without getting hassled about where we can from etc. We just wanted a relaxing holiday and this holtel didn't offer that. In fact, we ended up avoiding the hotel as much as possible as we found ourselves completely miserable whilst trying to amuse ourselves there. I would not recommend this hotel.
