We,ve just got back.Found all the staff great from the cleaners up to the managers,everyone of them was welcoming and helpful.
The food was good with a lot to choose from.The pool area was kept clean,only bug bear was the pool bar closed at 5-30 and the pool at 6.When the temps are hot you want to be in the pool for longer

Im very surprised by some of the more negative reports about this hotel. I came home yesterday and will definatly be booking to go back.
I have no complaints at all. The food was great, especially the 'Mermaid' at lunchtime. Ok, its a bit different from what you get at home but whats the point in booking to go abroad if you only want McDonalds?
The staff are helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The place is spotlessly clean. Wonderful swimming pools and great location. I was there with my sister and her 2 young children, they loved it and cant wait to go back.
If there was one negative, it would be the evening entertainment. That was quite poor and we spent a lot of time simply relaxing on the terrace and having a drink.
Its not Magaluf and wouldnt be great for groups of young people but thats great, no drunks, no trouble, just a nice relaxing location.
We are going bcak.

This hotel is truly amazing!!!! This hotel is for anyone and everyone! The food is excelent and the activities are amazing. The animation team are really friendly and aren't really pushy! They also get along really well with children! Definitly recocmend this hotel. One of the best I've ever stayed at!

We have just recently returned fromm Egypt, we had the most amazing holiday coral sea resort was out of this world with the most warmest and friendly of staff. The hotel is so clean and everywhere you go the staff are always cleaning. The pool and the beach are beautifull.
one of experience's that we wont forget was the Animation team they are incredible the entertainment that they put on each was fantastic and above all they really made our holiday fab we actually feel holiday sick yes not home sick holiday sick! this is our second time here and cant wait to return next year!!

i went to the CSR for my 3rd time & its a really nice place, all the staff are fab & the animaton team are fab too made me laugh everyday for 2weeks. i will be going back because i really love this place i have made good friends at this hotel & im happy to call them mt brothers

just got back from 2 fantastic weeks, best holiday ever, the staff the hotel the food the entertainment and the location were amazing, spotlessly clean air con the best ever, staff were lovely, entertainment team were brill, went with my hubby and kids who are 15 and 13 and they loved every second, we all cried when we had to leave, no bad tummys like the horror stories you here, just take hand gel when handling the money, the dive place on the beach was great and would recommed a massage at the spa, would go back tomorrow, well worth it

We stayed at the hotel from the 22nd to the 30Dec 2009.
We fancied some sun through the Christmas break.
So first the weather- 24-30degC nice and hot, a little windy but still warm at night.
The hotel was exactly what we expected, comforting, large and two nice sized pools with the beach a walk across a path.
The food was well presented and as long as you looked, varied (it was a little better than the pontins yacht class).
The room was Spacious and clean, although the shower head was troublesome.
Entertainment was a little iffy, but it's a cheap hotel, what would you expect.
Service was ok, bar staff were attentive and got to know your drinks.
On the subject of drinks- the locals are not permitted alcohol so branded spirits and lagers are not on the menu, own brands are pretty dissmal, but this is the case in most hotels and the larger franchised pubs serve named brands at a price!
For a cheap christmas break it ticked most of the boxes, infact we're going back to egypt this Christmas (different hotel).
This hotel would definitely be on the recommend list, just don't pay too much for it.

This is a fantastic hotel, staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Rooms very spacious, clean and well kept. Food not great but good, there is always something for everyone. Pools and gardens are well kept. I would recommend this hotel to anyone 100% cant wait to go back.

we arrived at the coral sea resort and the manager had kept food for us as we arrived late could not do enough for us the food is very good in all the restarants the bread and pastrys are great l miss them when l go home, rooms are lovely and all the staff are great never ever had a problem. Did all the diving and other water based things with aquarius on the beach and had a massage realy nice didnt feel the benefit till the next day. We are going back in june 2010 for the third time in a year cannot wait dont beleive averything you hear try yourself

we stayed at coralsea reort in jan 2010 absolutely no complaints the best holiday in 30yrs of travelling staff friendly hotel spotless food good manager seen testing food temps and cleanliness of dishes hotel obviously belongs to first choice so its expensive and u cant book the hotel yourself so no cheaper options and no competition for first choice would go their for a month at a time if it wasnt so expensive to stay their first choice shouldnt have the monopoly on this hotel
