" When my partner and I first arrived... "

When my partner and I first arrived here we were a bit put off by the front of the hotel as it was unfinished with building work which didn’t make it look attractive.
Our room was nice, air conditioning fine, we even woke up through the night feeling cold, which was a good thing being in such a hot country like Egypt.

The Food was ok, and the staff couldn’t do enough for you, really friendly and helpful!

As for the entertainment there wasn’t much to do of a night in the hotel or out. I think we may come back in a few years when Sharm el sheikh is more developed.

Also, We went snorkelling in the red sea and it was amazing!

" We arrived at the hotel to see it... "

We arrived at the hotel to see it wasn’t finished, there was building work at the front of it.
Once off the coach the staff ask you to enter the hotel for drinks whilst your luggage is taken to your room.

The rooms are air conditioned (which worked fine), with large superking sized beds.

Mini bar was full and gets filled every day, but it’s NOT free, and NOT cheap either! Which they don’t let you know at all.

The staff were 10/10, they are very friendly and helpful!

There is a change of cuisine every night. The food was ok.

As for entertainment there wasn’t much. Though Naama bay was good, there are quite a few nice bars, restaurants and shops there.

During the day we went on a Garden Reef snorkelling trip, which was amazing. We enjoyed it that much that we bought kits which are reasonably priced and went snorkelling in the red sea every day!

We plan to visit Sharm el Sheikh again in a few years when it is more developed, it will become a top resort. As for the hotel we enjoyed out stay but we will try somewhere else next time!!

" Will make a lovely hotel in time ,we... "

Will make a lovely hotel in time ,we had bad luck with air conditioning, which caused us some stress as we were packing and unpacking for the first few days because of this. There is a selection of food but could be improved especially for children.

Felt sorry for the first choice reps for the size of the complex they need more of them especially in the entertainment area.

Overall we felt it has been a rush job to get the complex finished and it isn’t professional to completely book your hotel up because when there are problems with rooms and you can t offer an alternative it becomes very frustrating all around.

The staff are lovely and the reps were great, can t do enough for you. Snorkelling is absolutely fantastic, a hotel based holiday not alot outside complex.
