La Perla Hotel was about the only good thing during this holiday. Hurghada itself was dump, with people hassling you and ripping you off left, right and centre. There is no sense of humour, and friendliness is a false act to get your money. The hotel however was wonderful.... more

When I went in May, I thought that the hotel would not be very good as it is only 3*, but I think it should be 4* at least! It is an excellent hotel!!! Its clean, great pools - and very clean water in the pools, very nice lobby! Great staff! Great price! Going back again... more

Got there at 2130 - no food restaurant closed ok but no food offered. Got key to room. Oh how it looked like a 70s room. Beds hard as rocks and single just what you want to see. Got in shower and it did not work. Asked reception to fix and yes it was done. Food was ok, the... more
