After late arrival at hotel.we were taken to our room and found to are dismay the was only two beds in the room.the was two adults and two children booked in the room.when we complained they made up one extra bed but told us the was no room for another one.my grand children aged 6 and 10 boy and girl had to sleep in one bed.this was not the only fault with the room ie tv had to be replaced not working and fridge faulty.

I can't believe some of the reviews I've read on here! Having stayed at this hotel in January for 3 weeks and 2 weeks in May 2010, I can honestly say that everything about this hotel was good.Being a solo traveller, the staff couldn't do enough for ... and not in a pervy way!! Treat the staff as you would like to be treated!!After all they are doing their job with a pittance for a wage, but they still keep smiling!!
Not being a big eater at home, I found that there was plenty of variety , I tried everything, it pays to experiment!I tried a hot dessert called Umi Oli which was absolutely delicious..it was a cross between a bread and butter pudding and a milk pudding!
And why do the English always want chips!!!!!???
I would definitely recommend this hotel.I am actually going back in October and also February 2011.

We came back from Sharm Holiday 5.2.2010 and stayed there one week. Two adults and child three years. Our room was ok, quite big, but there was few weeks ago strom and heavy raining and we think that quite lot of water came in into the rooms. It was hard to close the outside door and same thing with the bathroom door. You could see that the furniture was damaged bacause of the water. Room wasn´t too bad, but the floor seemed to be always dirty and little carpet was filty.Sheets were clean, but the blanket wasnt, some spots here and there.
Swimmingpools were nice, we stayed all the time at the lower pool, the other pool with slides was more crowded. If its windy, lower pool is quite cool ( in early february), but the upper pool is warmer, there is buildings making shield, so it is warmer. If you go with toddlers, it´s good to know that the babypools water is NOT HEATED! The water is freezing cold! This was really big dissapointment for us. Staff was nice and very good with kids. We has all inclusive and to be honest, I was dissapointed about the food. There was lots of bread and sweet treats, but the main course was almost everytime pasta with tomatosauce (more like tomato soup)and some grated cheese, onion and chilli with it. One day there was burgers and fries and other day pita bread and kebabs. The meat wasnt very tasty and I´m quite sceptical about meet in Egypt..anyway i ate almost all week just side dishes witch were: peas in water, mixed vegetables in water, or grilled vegetables, or zucchini in water or in somekind of sauce, everyday like this. Salads were greted zuccini, carrots, onion, cucumber, tomato slices, olives and local cheese (like feta cheese). Every day there was one soup, once I tried, didn´t like. Everything was tastless, but this is my and my husbands opinion. After all we liked Shar el Sheik a lot, and will go again, but not to this hotel. Hotel is in good location, under 10 minutes walk to the shops and restaurants. Hotels own beach "Windy Beach" was terrible, just sunbeds too close to each other and the water was all grey and there was all rubbish in the water. Nothing good in that beach. There is free bus from hotel, but the bad thing was that the hotel buses wont come in time to pick up from the beach. We went there and saw what the beach was like and wanted to go back after 20 minutes (yes 20 minutes!), but we had to stay out with little child olmost an hour and waite the minubus to come..there was all explanations in the hotel...we were in wrong place, we didn´t see the bus blaa, blaa. Be careful with hygiene, wash your hands all the time! Some people got really sick!

Thought I would mark out of 10 for you all
Location 9/10 5 mins walk into naam
Staff 9/10 Couldnt do enough for you
Pool 6/10 Few kids had cuts on feet during stay from pool. 2 small slides.
Never seen it cleaned much. One day found a broken glass in
the pool!
Sunbeds 8/10 No problems getting them towel me could always sort parasol out
Kids club 0/10 Only for under 5`s which consisted of a room (more a cell) with
a TV in it. Never seen anyone use it. Terrible, thank god my kids
were older.
Day entert 0/10 Catered for Italians and Russians in their 20's. Water polo and
water wrestling! Nothing for younger kids to do at all.
Night enter 2/10 Comically bad!, again catered for Italians, Germans and
Russians. So bad it was funny. Kids had 15mins disco with
hokey cokey at start of night! Entertaiment usually started 9.30
and finished 10.30
All inclusive 4/10 Finished at 11.00 prompt! Wine was not included in drinks (wife
was gutted)
Room 3/10 As there was 4 of us, we ended up with 4 beds in a row, like snow
white and the dwarfs! Room cleaned every day.
Beaches 5/10 2 beaches, "Windy" the nearest, smallest and most crammed in.
Stayed 5mins it was that good!! Other beach further away is
better for snorkelling, although no toilets or showers to use and
you got to stay in your part of beach. No pier to use
Overall, average hotel, deffo the lower end of the price spectrum so get what you pay for. Last year stayed at Kiroseiz and that was a far superior hotel in comparison. We met a few British families so we made our own entertainment in the day and night. Dont rely on anything entertaiment wise if you have younger kids like us. Teenagers would be bored

We returned from Holiday at this Hotel a couple of weeks ago. We had a fab time, the Hotel was very clean, rooms very spacious, clean towels every day. Beach or Pool towels were even provided daily. The Staff were brilliant. Walid and Saad at the pools were so friendly and very helpful. Mahmoud at the Pool bar was good company, and great with children. All the staff were brilliant, polite and couldn't do enough for you. The food was quite good, you could always find something you liked. I can't believe what I have read on these reviews about this Hotel. I just wish the English would stop moaning! We would like to thank all the staff at this Hotel specially Mr. Amr. We will definately be back to see you all.

Well me, my brother and a good mate picked this Accomodation to stay in for 14nights after trawling through many reviews on how good it was and where it was located etc - we wanted it as close to Naama Bay as possible - obviously cost was also factored into this decision otherwise we probabaly would have gone with the Hilton.
Anyway, when we got to the hotel it looked very clean inside and out, the reception area has internet access, and also has a 'FREE'Safety deposit box room which you can aquire a key for.
The Canteen/Restaraunt area is on the ground floor below the reception area, so there are some steps involved to get to it. The food was plentiful and you can fill your plate/plates with as much as you like, breakfast(7 til 10am) was always the same food - you had the chef who would be doing fried eggs/omlettes that you'd normally queue for, then you'd get other options such as boiled eggs, mash potato, fool(whatever that is?), french toast, crepes, an assortment of breads and cakes/pastries, there was also cereal, fruit and salad available along with the usual drinks. Dinner(1.30 - 3.30) and evening meal(7pm-10pm) both have a much wider range of food choice tho the chef does seem to be cooking/frying the same thing a bit too often ie.Burgers and chips were on offer about 5 times over the 14 day holiday. Other options were battered fish/chicken tho I told him not to batter mine and he quite happily did them without the batter. There were many other options also on the other days. I found the food was nice enough, not 5 star by any means, but decent - The waiters are very friendly also, but sometimes a little too eager to take your plate away even if you haven't quite finished lol. Having said all this there was quite a few people that were getting stomach bugs in the complex so not everybody was happy with the food - my brother being one.
The Pool area is nice and clean - the top pool has two slides which look decent for kids, it's also surrounded with astoturf like matting on th floors as to avoid kids slipping etc. Bottom pool is more chilled out and this is the one we used, it has a good pool bar and the staff are great. The massage guys do like to mither you a bit, but there only doing their job and they're friendly enough.
The complex also contains a pharmacy if you get poorly - which all 3 of us did in some way or another - mostly upset stomachs. It has a gym which contains the basics, it wasn't bad for what I wanted to do. It has an olympic bar with weights of about 160kg and also a bench, dumbells upto about 30kg and some machine stuff. Only one piece of cardio equipment which was the bike - must admit I did use it often tho to work off all that food.
The Location of the place is excellent, it's only a short walk out the back exit and down the hill and you're in the centre of Naama Bay which gets very busy in the evening - the shop owners will be dragging you in their shops tho - if you don't like being mithered then I would stay clear lol.
The actual hotel Rooms are very basic which is what we expected, it was one room which contined beds, tv, phone, cupboard/draws and fridge and the other room was the bathroom it also had a small balcony. The maids were great - they'd replace towels as often as you like and always kept our room spotless. Even came back to a crocodile made out of towels one day.
Overall I'd recommend this complex for any age group.
