my husband and I and the two children aged 6 and 4 have just returned from these studios and we found them to be superb, the rooms were spacious and clean, the family that own the studios were fantastic really friendly and helpful. Its is a family based complex but when we were there we had a few groupd of same sex male and female but found them to be no trouble at all. I would recommend these studios to anybody wanting a nice quiet break away. We met a couple there who have been going back to the same place for the past 18 years sometimes more than once a year which says a lot about the place itself. Found a couple of places to eat ini the town but the food at the anika was also good not complaints at all one of the best holidays we have had for the price we paid.

The Anika studios are brilliant. I thought they were considerably clean.
The staff were very nice and helpful...apart from if you decide to jump in the pool in the early hours of the morning as Mr. Tom G found out!
We booked last minute for a very cheap price so didn’t expect much, but were pleasantly surprised when we got there.
Faliraki is a great place to visit...we had tons of fun there! You meet loads of fun people and the beach party was the highlight of our visit!
I would definitely go and stay at Anika Studios again...might very well go back in 2007!
Great value for money.
Hi to the crazy Bournemouth boyz: tom, jay and Paul...you made our holiday.

Probably the best studios in Rakki! I was very pleased during my stay in Anika studios.
The rooms were very clean and tidy, air conditioning, clean pool, great staff, nice meals and very cheap ones!
I'm going again this year!

Well let’s get one thing straight first of all! What do you go Faliraki for? Party, party, party!
Therefore all you need is a clean, basic, friendly hotel. And my experience at Annika studios was exactly that. Have no complaints.
Me and my best mate went for too weeks, and got a fantastic deal! We're definitely going back this year, just in the process of booking now, and were hoping it may be our second time at Annika studios very soon! So roll on Faliraki 2007!

Well, this was our 2nd visit to Anika and it was just as good as last year! They remembered us on arrival and gave us a fab room with the biggest balcony overlooking everyone!
The owners are fab and so friendly and the food is yummy! You get what you pay for but you can’t fault it! We saw about 2 cats and no dogs, same as last year!
Anyway, to all who want to see Faliraki for themselves then I highly recommend it and Anika!
Oh and Jeff (the rep) is gorgeous and so much fun!! Was our rep for both years and recognized us at the airport and was everywhere and anywhere all the time - luv him! He was on TV few weeks back doing the celebrity holiday rep thing! Hi Jeffy!
Anyway, go check out Faliraki, you wont want to come back! I might go back next year!

The three of us arrived in Faliraki mid August 2006 early Sunday morning, the operators were well organised and we were checked in and asleep in no time.
Before arriving we had read lots of bad reports about the apartments and as we had booked on a value deal we really didn’t expect much. To that extent I can say that the apartments were great - clean, tidy, and run by nice people (especially George, or was it Aimee?). Don’t feed the cats and they won’t bother coming round.
Faliraki itself is not at all what I expected. After reading all of the bad press coverage and hearing all of the stories I can honestly say that the British media have tarnished this great resort with a bad reputation that is simply unqualified.
Don’t get me wrong, Faliraki is no Monte Carlo. There is a little British bulldog behaviour (got a big mac, no fries - you know who you are!), a little sick in the street, and a few drunks hanging about - but its all part of the fun, isn’t that why we go on these holidays? If you like adventures and don’t mind a bit of drama then you will love the place.
The beach is great we spent most of our days there, check out the donuts ran by the mockney mexican (awight bwoys! iz like bumper carrrs - on de waater!) and don’t forget your sun cream (I burnt my feet, really hurt). If you go when the night beach party is on then make sure you don’t miss it, amazing.
Tips: Try to eat out as much as you can and explore the place - its pretty cheap to do and you get to meet the local characters. Have a siesta before going out, makes the nights a lot longer and you don’t bugger up the next day. Don’t get too lary, the police are hard!
Best Restaurant: Melrose's just on the main road at the top of Bar St.
Worst Restaurant: Hawaii BBQ (Waiter: "The kitchen is closing make your order" - plus the food made one of us sick)
Best Pool: Splash!
Best Bar: Jimmy's
Best Club: Liquid (And of course the Beach Party)
Best Ride: Slingshot!
Hi to all the people we met, including scouse house girls and the scotts!

We have recently come back from a holiday in Faliraki.
First things first. Ignore anything the press say. This is the friendliest place I have ever been. Everyone is willing to help you. Even the locals at the shop down the road! Everyone wants to talk to you and know who you are. Faliraki is lively but not over the top. Its a great time if your with friends and if you go with a family there is so much to do. We had many families staying in our hotel and a varied range of people. Which was surprising as I thought it would be more young people taking over!
As for the hotel. The rooms got cleaned when you sort of made it obvious you wanted it cleaned but what you pay. Its a bargain. We had two single beds a bathroom, kitchen and dressing area. It was all we needed and was awesome. It added to the experience. All rooms however aren’t air-conditioned so check that before you go, although you can hire a fan. There are a few cats but they don’t bother you and one dog that lives about 1/2 a mile away who barks but that is it. Overall this place is amazing and we are already booking next year.
There is information on hand when you need it from the staff at your hotel. They are all willing to help! As for Olympic. We were advised to do it all ourselves and opt out of their bar crawls and do it on our own. We did and it was brilliant. And far cheaper by the sounds of things!
Overall Faliraki was awesome and I’m dying to come back! I recommend this holiday and resort to anyone! And the pool is lovely!

Ok firstly, you get what you pay for, and this holiday was cheap! And after reading these reviews I was dreading going on holiday! However, I was very pleased with my holiday, and accommodation.
Basically you will find it ok if you’re on a single or couples break, but its not suitable for families really.
We had hot water all week, which was surprising. The pool was clean, and always tidy. bar and reception staff were helpful and friendly, and always talked to you. Our Olympic Rep was useless, sort everything out yourself, you’ll be luck if you even see your rep, we saw ours twice, and one of the times she was hammered!
We didn’t have any insects in our room at all, and it was only cleaned once in the week we were there, but to be fair, if you make a mess, tidy it up! Its not difficult, and takes 2 mins. Or just don’t be so messy. Its not a 5 star hotel!
As for the cats and dogs, I saw 0 dog, and 2 cats, which didn’t belong at the apartment, they were strays.
The apartments situation is ideal, 10 mins from the town/beach, so far enough to avoid the noise, and its a bit isolated so you only get the noise from you apartments. supermarket around the corner is very helpful, but like I said you’re close to town anyway. resort as a whole was great, but the PR people get on your nerves, however if you ever pay for a drink, you should get a minimum of 2 free shots with it!
All in all, if your young, you’ll love it here, if not, find another resort!

We were there for a week last year and booked it last minute but proved expensive but we were more than happy!
Accommodation was basic but what do you expect! Your on holiday - all you do is sleep in the rooms! No air con but you can hire a fan for fudge sakes and was ok! You’re on holiday in a hot country so get on with it!
The cats - 10 of them? I think not! The cute little ginge one was adorable and kept hiding in our bags! If you don’t want them around you - shoo them away!
Overall, we had a great holiday, everyone was so friendly, food was great! Wicked salads and toasty sarnies!
We will be back this year in august if we can manage it!

I thought that this complex was wicked! The people that run it were lovely (maybe except one miserable woman behind the bar) and they made you feel at home!
Although the rooms were basic they were clean and tidy. The point about the kitchens being little were right but at the end of the day- the food served down in the bar was so NICE you wouldn’t want to cook anyway!!
There was a lot of cats roaming about the complex but they didn’t really go into the eating area and they weren’t a nuisance, Kissa was such a sweet cat!!
Our Olympic Rep was ok, she wasn’t at the resort that often but when she was she was quite helpful. I thought it was a bit wrong that you dint get your transfer times until you filled in a Olympic Questionnaire but other than that we went on bars crawls with the reps and they were brill.
All in all we rated our holiday as a top one, Faliraki is wicked and our resort was great! The pool was lovely, rooms were clean and the people there were nice! What more could you want.

I visted the Anika Studios with my fiance and another couple for a two week holiday. We found the studios to be more than adequate and exceptionally clean. The rooms were well proportioned and the pool area was a nice envronment in which to relax.
The family who owned the complex were especially friendly and acommodating. The manager, Stamos and his wife, Sophia, would often make time to have a drink and chat with us before we hit the town for the night. All of the staff were friendly and polite.
The food at the studios was delicious. George, the chef, was fantastic, he cooked us an english breakfast or omelette every morning and the evening meal was always fresh and of the highest quality. We decided not to eat out during the holiday as we felt the food would not have compared anywhere esle.
The studios themselves were in an excellent position, just a 5 minute walk to bar street, club street and the beach.
Please do not be put off by Faliraki's bad reputation as the resort is much more respectable than portrayed in the late 90's and the police presence is quite prominent. I was expecting the resort to be really tacky but we all agreed that it was the best holiday that we have ever had.
If you are going to be travelling to Faliraki then you must check out the go-karting and water park. Rhodes Town and Lindos are also worth a visit.
Overall we found the Anika Studios to be excellent value for money and would recommend the studios to anyone visiting Faliraki. We would definitely stay at the studios again and would like to thank Stamos, George, Sophia and family for making our stay so enjoyable.x
