Although they sent out tickets to the wrong address after I had confirmed the right one with them, in writing and over the phone, no other complaints about Hellenic - very pleasant on the phone.
Hotel was lovely, very clean, wide choice of food and drinks, plenty of sun beds round the pool, one minute from the beach, friendly staff, cleaner in rooms every day, couldn't fault it at all!
Roads near by can be noisy at night, the only part of the bikes that work fully is the horns but this didn't ruin our holiday!
Beach is also lovely and clean, and again, plenty of sun beds! It was the first time I'd been to Crete and would go again, and recommend it to family and friends!

Travelled with Hellenic Voyages (who we would never book with again), after initially not getting to the Theartemis as they had over booked, we got there after spending 4 days elsewhere !!
The hotel itself was lovely but I wouldn’t go there as All Inclusive again. We were in the main hotel but the bar for AI was in the annex across a small road, there was a pool there but it was tiny so we usually went to the beach which was only a short walk away.
As an all inclusive guest at this hotel I felt you were treated as a second class citizen, although I must say the other 8 people who were there with the same tour operator as us didn’t feel like this.
On an evening the AI bar moved back to the main hotel by the pool but if you went into any other bar you had to pay which we were informed of.
Also when booking this hotel make sure you ask for a room not on the main road or you will be in for a very noise night, luckily we were down the side street so managed to sleep peacefully.
