terrible food on a small hill taverns at bottom where you can get food.nothing to do only pool and drink no entertianment .rats running round seating areas.pay for bottle water no icecream for kids no kids meals nothing for kids to do .DONT GO THERE.manager not bothered.pat everton

We recently edured 2 weeks stay in this golden slum as it should be called, we arrived early in the morning to be allocated our room,remote controls (for which you have to give a 10 euro deposit) and given two cold plates of food, we opened the door to be greeted by the smell of sewage from the bathroom, and very basic facilities, a small tele with one english speaking channel, bbc world news, a fridge, two single beds, bedside tables, small dressing table and built in wardrobe. On entering the bathroom it appeared that it had not been cleaned for at least a week including loo brush covered with excrement.!!!!!! ugh! I stayed here for 2 weeks on an all inclusive basis. 5 adults and my 10 month old baby. We arrived around 5 or 6am after out shuttle bus driver had got lost and had to ask for directions. Where do we start?? as im sat here on the hotel computer you can obviously tell there is loads for us to do, this hotel is fantastic if your not english, blind have no taste buds and have lost the sense of smell. every day you open your door you are hit with the lovely smell of sewage, the rooms are nothing like the picture im sure that was taken from another hotel, the food is great if your on a diet and only like salad for brekkie, dinner and tea. your all inclusive ends at 11 at night which isnt bad unless they run out of everything your allowed to drink ie... more

My wife and I were booked into another Hotel in the same resort but were told it was full and we were being moved. I was furious and let the staff know(I am not naming the Hotel as it has already received terrible reviews). DON'T GO!!!!!!!!!! We stayed with our family (me, my husband, daughter 14 years, son 10 years) in july 2007. If you made a reservation for a family-room they put you in a narrow 3-bed room and a stretcher!. So ít's like camping. Although the personel was kind, they worked very inefficient. If you wanted to eat you had to wait in a line to get your food. And if it was busy they closed the entrance to the restaurant and you had to wait untill people came out who were finished.
