We had our room broken into on the first evening whilst we were asleep and had our wallets stolen which left me with 11 euros for the week.When we went to the reception for help their reply was,"Well what do you want us to do about it".I would recommend that even if you are in the room keep your valuables and money in your safe.

just got back from kavos and oula was perfect!the staff were friendly and polite and the rooms are nice and clean. the pool is fantastic and the food was lovely. (club sandwich...!!!). dont listen the bad reviews. this is definitely the best hotel in kavos!

I honestly dont know why there are so many bad review's for this place. I arrived back from Oula on the 22nd and its the best stay i have ever had, staff were amazingly friendly and funny and were more than willing to sit and chat to you, or help you with your complaints.... more

Oula is the most horrid place to stay unless you are only in Kavos to stay drunk and sleep elsewhere. Make sure you fill your damages card in that will be provided on arrival in fine detail including any marks on the mattress and linen or you will be charged excessively... more

The place was really nice: good pool, friendly staff, convenient supermarket, decent food, the rooms were pretty small but clean at least! The hotel is filled with 16-25 year olds so i wouldnt say its a place for a family holiday! The air con cost us 60 euros for the week... more
