Just got back afta long weekend (4days). Reception, foyer and bar area all fairly modern and clean. Rest of hotel set in the 70's. Waste water system also dated, the smell when you went into your room was 'breathtaking' the foul stench simply from the bathroom took your breath away!!!!! Had to keep the door firmly shut so the smell did'nt creep into bedroom. Sticky floors in room, not mopped everyday that's for sure. Thin walls, could hear next doors shower running. Spend a little extra and go 4-star. This is not like any other 3-star I've stayed in. The nearest beach was wasp infested. Nightmare!!!

Recently stayed here for 8 days all inclusive. Loved the area both Cap Salou and Salou itself. The hotel was better than expected for the price. Staff were (mostly) very friendly and helpful, food was really good with a huge choice in a very clean restaurant. The manageress was particularly lovely. The public areas were always clean and well cared for.The rooms were the least positive bit; ours was rather dated and the beds were not the most comfortable (we changed the mattresses for the ones on the 'extra' beds, they were much better!) The facilities in the room were functional but again, basic. Maid service was ok, better some days than others! We mostly used the roof topjacuzzi areas which are really lovely and very peaceful. One word of caution, Salou is a fair distance away, it is a serious walk unless you are fit! It's quite hilly. Public transport is easy and costs about 2 euros one way. I'd go to Molinos Park again, we had a great time and it was great value.

just back from our 4th visit to molinos park ,yes it is on a hill but only a few seconds walk to bus stop ,salou and la pineda are only small bus ride away , la pineda is flat so not a problem for people who have walking difficulties ,the rooms are basic but plenty of room and very clean ,our room had full size bath and shower .i am a fussy eater but always found plenty to eat , think thats why i came home 9lb heavier lol , we found all the staff very polite and helpful , the bar staff are lovely , as for the review who said the bar staff were slaging the british off in spanish , i find this hard to believe as one of staff is english , he will tell u anything u need to know and will translate to the none english speaking staff but most off them understand u ,we did not find the noise at night a problem but thats why i go on oliday to enjoy myself not to go bed at 9.00pm , and im not a young girl im 48 and my partner is 55 , we took our grandchildren last yr and will be taking them again next yr , thanks to all bar staff jimmy stefan and lads for great 12 days and not forgetting the night porter who always had a smile and a wave must dash got to book next yrs visit to molinos .

were just back from our stay at the molinos park and was pleasantly surprised after reading the bad reviews if yo are going to the molinos dont take any notice of the bad reviws the hotel was lovely it was clean and a lot better than i thougt it would be there was entertainment on every night and also pool games for both adults and kids my grand daughter loved it the only problem was the fact that cap salou is very hilly and for that reason alone could not go back there but the bus service is fantastic the busses run every 10 minuets or so the food was not to bad as you could always find something nice to eat we were on half board so always ate lunch out if the molinos park was in a different location i would certainly go back as i found all the staff to be extreamly helpfull from barstaff to waitresses and maids all very plesant the reception staff were also helpfull and very nice especialy the rep sandra as i said before the only thing that will stop me going back to the molinos is the location in hilly little cap salou a fantastic time was had by both myself and my grand daughter we met a lot of lovely people and made some new friends also

just returned from salou.this hotel was not in salou but about 4 kil away, but bus service very good.the food was also very good a wide range to choose from, you would never go hungry.rooms cleaned everyday, hotel clean, pool very good and quite easy to get sunbeds.staff were friendly and quite helpful.enter tainment was average the two men james and alex were great but girl harriet couldnt speak into mike properly people just couldnt understand her.the hotel is situated on a steep hill and the coach could not turn round properly at top so had to drop us of at bottom of hill so we had to carry luggage up this steep hill so if you have walking difficulties this really is not for you.overall a nice hotel and very good value for money but would not return because of the position its in as my wife and i both have walking difficulties.

been to this hotel last year and would reccomend it but having just got back after a week away with the hubby and kids put it this way we wont be going back the bar staff are rude slagging the brits off in spanish, kids entertainment rubbish the same food day in day out.The noise lets say if you like your sleep dont plan on having any the noise through the night from other guests woke my kids up nearly every night and the staff do nothing about it.thay advertise air-con the units are just for show as a member of staff told us it doesnt work.so anyone with kids considering this hotel think again. the pool is very dated needs a revamp kids carnt take inflatables into it as for the life guard he spent more time chatting young girls up.

Stayed at the Molinos Park Hotel last week. Arrived about 10.30pm. No problems at reception, room was clean and tidy. Went down to bar area, bar staff friendly - little noisy down there but o.k. Entertainment - not good but no bad. Guest was playing bingo, then this was followed by a singer. Pool area was o.k, mainly chairs and tables not many sunbeds. Food was good, catered for all, would of liked to see more choices for children. Walls very very very thin, kept await for 3 nights by a group of girls. Came back at 3.30am and still talking, singing and banging doors at 4.45. Really wasnt happy with this part of the holiday - was sorted out after 3 nights of it. I feel this what lets the hotel down. Hotel needs to section the hotel off for families nand couples and put all the groups on another floor.

we stayed here in aug 10, never been to such a rude place in my life. dont trust the kids club woman she just shuts the door and lets them go out on their own, my 4 year old grandson come to restaurant lookin for us fortunately my son found him before he come to any harm. kids woman said he was with another member of staff, that person knew nothing about it! the bar staff were the rudest people ive ever met. it stinks to high heaven, food disgusting mushy mess, awful. only decent person who we met there was dom and he was only temp entertainment.they kept saying they goung to put kids disco on, no they didnt all they did was put bingo on all day, little ones waiting for a little entertainment.all inclusive stopped without warning half way through afternoon, even if uve paid to keep ure room. they couldnt care less, awful horriblle place which i will never go to again or recommend.dirty play area for the kids cats mess all over it.the cleaners smoking in room mess all under beds thick dust filthy place, dirty toilets in bar area.........

we went with our 10 year old daughter on a last minute holiday to Molinos Park and we were not disappointed. Staff on arrival were friendly and helpful, we arrived at 11.30 am and were pleased to be informed our room was ready. The pool area and bar were really great, the bar staff friendly and the entertainment staff great. The dinning room was a most welcoming and relaxed part of the hotel with a lovely attentive maitre d . We only paid half what we paid for our holiday last year , we could tell the difference , but we got what we paid for .
