I read all these awful reviews about this hotel yet i wonder if the people who right them actually went to the same hotel as I did, yes so there is a variation on the age group, so I would not recommend older families or couples to come here but it is an excellent location for families and older children.
The Hotel is maintained very well, it is clean and has a very delightful atmosphere. I am going to this hotel again and I recommend anybody considering it to not listen to all the bad reviews, when we heard the reviews at first we where put off and considered changing hotels, but as I said already these reviews are so wrong... so book up and enjoy your holiday.

This hotel is an excellent choice. It is really good for children. The entertainment is excellent and the food is really nice. There are lots of foods to pick from. You can walk to the beach which is five minutes walk.
If you want to go into Salou Centre there is a bus from the bottom of the road which is only 1.30.The bedrooms Are excellent. The staff are really nice. Your sheet is changed daily. I would love to go back.

I thought it was brilliant but I am an 18 year old. I don’t think it is the ideal place for small children. Its not unsafe but it is mostly meant for 18 – 30. But people with kids were sent the it is very good for small children during the day but at night it does tend to get a bit loud.
There were never any fights I made loads for new friends my age but the walls are very, very thin and would wake kids up fairly easily.
But if 18 - 30 is your think there ain’t no place better had so much fun (all safe and no fights or hooligans though not that I saw).

We travelled with Ryan Air after booking a cheapie on Teletext just my husband and myself leaving the kids with granny a much earned break was severely needed. Molinos Park looks ok we weren’t expecting much having only paid 168 quid each fully inclusive. The food was basic but varied snacks weren’t up to much but who cares.
The only real complaint I would have about the place is the guests rowdy drunks who couldn’t care less where or what their kids were up too now we like a drink but these people truly cained it walking around swigging from bottles I think starting on the booze at 10 in the morning is just being greedy. And as for other comments about floors strewn with chips, that’s not the staffs fault its the embarrassing show ups who I'm afraid that at times I was ashamed to call my fellow countrymen/women.
As for the staff being rude or arrogant we never encountered anything but quick and polite service as the saying goes treat people as you would wish to be treated.
Make me wrong but who lets kids run up and down the hallways at 7 o’clock in the morning I certainly wouldn’t. Oh and the entertainment was rubbish, bingo every night but again that’s not the hotel, its the reps who kept telling the kids to shut up, good job mine weren’t there the girl with the microphone would have got a thump.
And yeah the walls are paper thin but if your considerate as many of the my fellow guests weren’t it shouldn’t be a problem.
All in all a basic hotel ok if you just want to eat and sleep there, Salou is great we were hoping to go back this year but couldn’t get booked into the place we wanted great beaches bars pubs Port Aventura great bus service water- park market just a shame its full of football clad beer swilling Brits who seem to have forgotten how to say please and thank you.

Please ignore all the bad comments made this hotel was well equipped and when I was there, there were no fight what so ever and the food was widely varied and I am a picky eater there was something there for everyone, the entertainers were brill rabbit M.J., Amy and Collin also all the guest that came and entertained with them , when I was there, there was a man who stuck knifes up his nose and I got picked to pull it out.
Anyway I had a really good time but if you are looking for a peaceful time then you will definitely not get it here if you like parties and having lots of fun all day and night then here is the place for you and its about a 2 minute walk to the beach . . . . . And there are buses every couple of minutes to the nearest town or city its really good. I will definitely go again
THANKS ALOT FOR SUCH GREAT TIME.

In CAP SALOU, not Salou - that's about 3 miles away. Taxi or bus to get there. We booked all-inclusive "family holiday" with Thomson (shop window ad). Inappropriate and misleading advertising! How this place got a 3-star rating is beyond belief, 1-star would be too much. Not so much a family hotel, more of an 18-30 club, our family should not have been sent there. There were 'parties' and fights every night, it was so bad the police were called in. No order, no stewards, no security.
Alcohol served from 10am till midnight. Nothing but trouble every night which the 'management' couldn't handle. "Management???" - one person on reception to handle all the drunk and disorderly; people drinking in the bar without wristbands (obviously not from the hotel). Many complained, including ourselves, as we never had a night's sleep. It was so bad that four couples paid again to go to another hotel. We didn't have the money to do so. Most of our euros went on taxis and buses to get away from it and we took our own packed lunches rather than stay there every day.
People, not all kids, running up and down the corridors during the night, banging doors (ours was nearly kicked in), lots of screaming and on one occasion three girls tearing lumps out of each other outside our room - our daughter was terrified. The room was never cleaned, beds never changed and the same towels all week. Food (chips with everything) was the same every day, snacks were the same day and night (fish fingers, sausage, chips). Dining room doors were closed after certain amount of people went in - too many people, not enough tables.
One day there were three chairs in the pool; the lifeguard did not start till 11am; children were in the pool well before that; woman with nosebleed in the pool was charged for a plaster; pool was not cleaned and children were still allowed to swim in it after it was contaminated. All-inclusive at the OK-Coral, body armour would have been appropriate. The box at Reception marked 'Suggestions for Manager' was stuffed full and running over. SURPRISE! SURPRISE!

We have just returned from a well-earned rest in Molinos Park Hotel. The hotel was in a lovely rural location about a mile from Salou but within a few yards of several delightful sandy coves with gently shelving beaches - ideal for families to enjoy.
In the hotel the rooms were kept beautifully clean each day and the linen was changed regularly. Meals were excellent, with a good choice of fish, meat, vegetables and salads and with plenty of deserts or fresh fruit. There was more than you could eat at every meal, and supplies were replenished as soon as they became low.
There was a quiet area where adults could enjoy sun- bathing and Jacuzzis, and this was serviced by a bar providing free drinks throughout the day.
The staff were friendly and polite at all times.

I have been to a few hotels in Salou but this one was not a favourite. The only nice things I can say about it is that it was clean and the staff were nice.
Firstly we did not get any sleep as the walls are so thin you can here everyone talking and there was a lot of fighting and arguing going on. The ceiling in the bar was leaking in a few places (it rained very heavily) and no-one wanted to clean it up. The food consisted of chicken, fish and veal every single night with chips.
The whole hotel had a very smoky atmosphere, and the whole place stank of cigarettes, even our room and we don’t smoke!! I also found that there was a lot of children just left to run about and wreck the hotel, with no consideration for anyone else. I would not recommend this hotel to disabled as there are no wheel chair ramps to the bar and it is very hilly to the beach and shops.
Now I know why this hotel was so cheap!!

When I read reports on this hotel I had already booked the holiday so still went. We thought that as it was school time there would not be many children at the hotel, wrong there was loads of the little rug rats.
They were running around the place screaming and shouting like a bunch of savages and doing as much damage as they could. Their parents didn’t care they were just intent on getting as much booze down their throats as possible, I have never been to such a noisy hotel in my life. We asked if we could be moved to another hotel after one night but were told no as every where else was fully booked. The hotel itself wasn’t to bad all the damage done to it was done by holidaymakers past and present.
The food was okay we didn’t starve by any means. We were on the bus and a bloke from the Hotel had his shorts pocket slashed and his wallet nicked he chased them and got it back minus the money so be very careful at all times. We would not go back there again.

Hotel ok not much going on round about. Rooms are ok but the walls are paper thin you can here everything in the next room!
Food was just ok but all in all holiday was good for a cheap break would go back if cheap enough. the entertainment was not up to much and as for the bingo unless you got a seat in front of the machine you couldn’t here a thing! And unless you were down in the bar for 6pm you couldn’t get a seat inside as there is hardly any seats! Place full if screaming kids!!!
I would recommend Port Aventura for everyone the place is great!!!!!

Hotel was ok the walls in the rooms are so thin you can here everything in the next room!
Food was a bit rubbishy it was the same fish, chicken, beef or pork every lunch and dinner the only night there was something different was a Wednesday when they put out the usual plus shell on king prawns, 4 kinds of cheese, 3 kinds of pate, crackers, and sarrano ham. The hotel staff are ok they try to help you as much as they can. The hotel its self is a good 25 mins walk away from main Salou, but you can get the bus from the bottom of the road that takes you to Salou centre for only 1.30 euros and the busses are very frequent.
I would recommend Porta Ventura to everyone the shows are great and so are the rides it a really nice park. All in all there was 6 of us and we had a good time weather was great and with the roof top Jacuzzis that the kids are not allowed in or any were near meant that we got peace away from the hundreds of screaming kids at the big pool!( you guessed it I didn’t have any kids in my party) but remember a holiday is what you make it go and have fun we did!!!!

I'm just back from a great week at this hotel, I was worried as I had read all the bad reports but was quite impressed and could really not fault anything at the hotel. Hotel was clean, staff were so friendly and entertainers tried to suit everyone.
Food and drink was good with plenty of choices at all times. Hotel is about 30 minutes walk from centre of Salou but in season there are other pubs and shops nearer, season is just starting just now so lots of businesses are just getting ready to open up, however the bus stops right outside the hotel and is every 20 minutes and was really excellent. Most other guests seemed pleased with hotel.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cheap all inclusive hotel, its not five star but the price reflects that, its excellent value for its price. Cant really find any fault with the service you get there.
