Brouskos Studios

Our stay at Brouskos Studios was one of the best ever holidays. Irene and Xaris Bruskos, the owners and who run the pool bar, offer excellent service, over and above what is necessary.
We needed ear drops, the pharmacy is 30 mins walk. Xaris jumped in his car and fetched the ear drops - and then would not let us pay for them!!! Breakfast, drinks and snacks are available at the pool bar. Irene cooked what we wanted (as long as she had it) whether it was on the menu or not. She prepared me gluten free toasted sandwiches to take out (I provided the GF bread).
The studios are fairly clean yet basic - cooking facilities: 1 large ring, 1 small ring, electric kettle, large pan, tiny pan, frying pan, can opener/cork screw, sharp knife. OK for heating a tin of soup/baked beans, not for complete meal. No cooking utensils provided other than 1 set of cutlery per person. Towels changed 3 times/week, buy your own loo roll! Sheets changed weekly.
Pool is clean, selection of inflatables was provided, shallower children’s section. Usually quiet and sunbeds/umbrellas available free. Small supermarket is about 2 minutes walk away, others 10 mins. Nearest restaurants 5-10 minutes walk. St George resort shops and restaurants are spread out over several kilometres. There is a cash machine 2 km from Brouskos, opposite the Balcony restaurant (above Los Amigos bar). The Balcony is very popular due to its good food and reasonable prices - worth the walk.
