We Arrived on The August 8th We Landed Half an Hour Early Then scheduled and got to the hotel they said our rooms would'nt be ready for another hour, When we finally got in our room it was clean and well presented. Room Was Cleaned Everyday, unfortunately the maids could'nt keep their hands to theirselves and a bottle of brand new perfume and a box of ciggerettes were taken from our rooms and our complaints was'nt the only ones made about things going missing in the rooms, the hotel said it was'nt their problem and they could'nt do anythink about it. Food was okay Wouldnt say it was great chips nearly everynight, got a bit boring. No inflatables were allowed in the pool :(, staff were really friendly and warming and very hard working but overall it was a good holiday for me and my family and best friend.

We arrived back from the Europa Park on 9 August 2008 after spending one week there.
Myself and husband and children of three aged 11, 9 and 5 throughly enjoyed our stay. As we are a family of five we had to get two rooms, these were next to each other but not interconnecting, it wasnt a problem it just meant we were not all together.
The rooms was very clean and comfortable, the maids came everyday to clean, and there was no sign of any bugs!!!!!!
The food was fantastic everything you can think of there was, plenty of variety, even my children got stuck in and the 11 year old is really fussy, he couldnt wait for tea.
We ate like kings every night and not one of us had tummy upset.
The pool was immaculate, there was a lifeguard present all the time which was really good for safety. There was no inflatables allowed in the main pool which made it more spacious for us wrinkleys. You werent allowed out until 9.00 am to put your towels out, and if a towel had been out for longer than 1hr the lifeguard would kindly leave a note asking to not reserve towels, he would come back to check to see if the note had been removed and if not he would remove the towel and put it next to him. It was a very good idea as it stopped people putting their towels on first thing on morning and leaving them there till afternoon.
We only stayed at the hotel on the night 1 night as we liked to have a walk on out on night, the Europa is in a fantastic location, two minutes from beach and bars. We often went to Titanic which was brill, home from home.
The staff were really hard working and could not do enough to ensure your stay was totally enjoyable. I would definately go back there again.

Just returned from 2 weeks at Europa Park - good hotel - clean and friendly staff. Choice of food was great for a 3 star - always plenty of choice, although during peak times the dining room can be crowded. The entertainment left much to be desired as most of it was Spanish but the location of the hotel was a short 15 min stroll to other bars in Salou.
The pool area was not big enough for the size of the hotel and not enough sun beds. There was the usual rush for sun beds - however the pool area did not open till 9am and during our stay we witnessed the lifeguard removing towels from the beds after 30 min when no one was actually sitting on them. Well done - as it clearly states NOT TO RESERVE BEDS! Also well located for the short 10 min walk to the beach - overall we were impressed by this 3 star hotel and would certainly return for future holidays.

Just back home from an excellent holiday in the Europa Park Hotel. This is the best hotel we have stayed in abroad. It is immaculate! Should be a 4 star.
The the food is very good with a great selection and plenty of it! The rooms are a good size, air conditioned, cleaned, beds made and towels changed every day. The restaurant, bar area and reception is beautifully decorated and very very clean. The reception staff, bar staff waiters and cleaners are very friendly and helpful. The only improvement I would make is the evening entertainment - nothing very exciting except maybe the flamenco dancers. If this was improved on I would definitely rate this hotel 10 out of 10.

Hotel was very clean and well presented, It looked as if it had just had a refurb. The rooms were cleaned every day to a very good standard. All the staff were very helpfull and friendly. Rooms were of a good standard we had a cot in the room and there was still room to move about. The pool area and dining areas were very good and again very clean. The entertainment was for us not very good it was the same most nights although two nights there was a good act on, The only problem for us was that we had a 2 year old infant with us and the noise from the entertainment was horendous when in the room even with the patio doors closed however this could be fixed by asking for a room that does not look over the pool I think that the music could be turned down and still be enough so everybody could hear it perfectly well although it was turned off at 12 everynight. The food was an all you can eat buffet style it was good and fresh but a bit samey after a couple of days on the last day we ate out because we could not face the same food. The staff in the restaurant were brilliant and very attentive to our 2 year old.
The hotel is very central and only 5 minutes to the beach which is absolutely beautifull, Salou is very busy and for me there wern't a massive amount to do for kids. Busses are very cheap unlike everything else in Spain, They are very good and often but dont have room for luggage or pushchairs you have to have them on the chair next to you, The land train is also very good if you want to kill an hour going around Salou. Would recommend Aquapolis (waterpark) although again quite expensive especially food and drink although you can take your own excellent for kids and adults.

We have just returned from a week at the Europa Park, I found the reviews helpful when booking so would like to offer the same assistance to others
The hotel was distinctly average really, bedrooms are clean and well equipped - towels changed daily if you like, the reception staff were tricky and not keen to make a real effort if you do have a question - they also work on 'Spanish time' taking over 10 minutes to check us in when we arrived.
The food is ok..you can swap your evening meal for lunch if you're halfboard, there is no difference in what is served which in my opinion was a lunch menu in any case. The only particular complaint I would have is the issue of other non english guests queing for the opening of the pool area at 9am to reserve their sunbeds - when the doors do open you get to witness grown men literally run to the best sunbeds which are then reserved all day and only used for possibly a few hours! The beach is a short walk away however.
Salou it self is your typical costa holiday resort - plenty of options for your Sunday Lunch if you like!! The restaurants down at the beach front are those offering slightly more traditional tapas etc. All in all a week was enough here and if you are not paying for five star you shouldn't expect it.

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Had a problem with balcony door and was fixed within hours. Room was cleaned every day if we wished. Food would suit all, pasta, meat etc etc. Remember to take money to dinner to pay for drinks. Hotel clean and very central. We are in our 20s so didnt stay for entertainment at night. Supermarket and a couple of quieter pubs near by. Beach 5 min walk. Great holiday.

we just arrived home on sunday, the hotel was clean modern and well maintained food was good and there is a childrens menu too all you have to do is ask.Staff are polite and freindly, entertainment could be improved in the evening, but it realy is so central that it will not matter. microwave in the dinning room is not for heating up the food as some one said in earler it is for baby foods and milks.the kids disco is on 5 nights a week ,once there where onley 3 children onstage our child being one of them the kids entertainers carried on the show it was great. Our little girl talks about her holiday all year and she was made to feel very important she even got daisys autograph.we went there 3 years ago and one of the staff in the dinning hall vanessa rembered our little girl ,and gave her a big hug.

We have just returned from a really good holiday at the H10 Europa Park Hotel in Salou. We were surprised that it only has three stars as we found the service, cleanliness and food to be of an excellent standard. The bedrooms were satisfactory (two large single beds). Our room was cleaned daily, with clean bathroom towels provided every day. All bedrooms have a balcony and a full en suite bathroom. The pool area is very clean and there was always a lifesaver on duty at the pool. The weather was perfect, so we made full use of the pool. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel and found the variety and standard of food really good. The special menu provided for the Festival of San Juan on Monday night was an added bonus.
The hotel is perfectly situated in the centre of Salou with easy access to transport, beach, shops and restaurants. The position of the hotel made it a perfect base for daily excursions to Cambrills, Reus and Tarrogona. We saw the fountain display on the Salou beachfront on Friday evening at 10pm. Had a great day out with Jeep Adventures, riding off road with a tour guide into the mountains. Enjoyed ‘Bracelona Panaromic’ coach tour. Plana coach left Salou at 10am (bus stop very close to our hotel) and returned at 8pm.
A great holiday at a really good hotel.

Hotel H10 Europa Park
Rooms: Very clean : Fresh sheets daily : View of busy road not ideal from window.
Entertainment: Shows were terrible ok if your deaf and blind : Big screen tv bad picture Tv in rooms only 1 English channel.
Food: Awful we ate out most of the time because the resturant food was poor.
Pool: Like jumping in the artic sea minus icebergs very cold.
Reception: Helpful dispite language barrier
Salou: Avoid if young couple : Perfect for the O.A.P or familys with kids who want to sit on the beach all day making sand castles

Arrived back yesterday....fantastic holiday. Hotel was spotless, beds really comfortable, clean sheets and towels every day. As pointed out earlier some staff were friendlier than others. Cleaning staff do really nice things like putting kids teddies neatly on top of freshly made beds...nice touch!! Pool area very clean and tidy.
Now for the bad part... THE FOOD ( if you can call it that ) was awful, they definately dont cater for the British we ended up eating out most of the holiday which left us short on spending money.
I would recommed you only stay here room only / self catering if possible

What a fantastic holiday, the hotel was immaculate, staff very polite and helpful. Rooms were clean, beds made - it was so nice to not have to do it myself!
Entertainment was fantastic; whilst we were there we had Flamenco dancing and a Mexico night.
The food was wonderful too, so much choice and all different kinds not just Spanish. Oh and the cocktails..mmmm….
I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know going to Salou. Shops are close by and the beach is a short walk away. Plus there's also Port Ventura, the theme park which is certainly worth visiting but I would recommend getting a week’s pass so you can go whenever.
Thumbs up from me!
