Myself and my husband and 3 children...

Myself and my husband and 3 children went to Europa Park on the 11th may for two weeks. The food was awful, nothing at all for the children, the pool was too deep, and no rings were allowed. We only ate in the hotel once, had to go to restaurants for the whole fortnight. The entertainment was appalling was for the over 60's nothing at all for the children. We did go to rep and complain, and have since complained to Thomas cook, but they aren’t too bothered. All in all not an enjoyable holiday.

Lovely hotel in ideal location. Not too far from centre of action but in a relatively quiet spot overlooking the beach. The hotel itself is very well kept with pleasant staff. We were very pleased with our holiday and would stay at this hotel again without a doubt however the down side for us was the limited children’s food and so we ate out quite a lot. The food available on the buffet was in our opinion quite limited - if you like fish and pork you’ll be ok. Deserts however were fab and you could eat profiteroles till they came out of your ears!!
