Having read through the various comments what people have said, am surprised to hear a few has had bad experiences. Have stayed at this hotel 7 times and am returning in October this year. Have found the staff to be helpful, receptionists are happy to sort any problems out.... more

I am amazed at to the rateing's of the people of this hotel, the staff at recerption were fine , the overal
rating was poor . I FEEL THIS IS A DEFFINATE statement to make sure that a better system is in place for the europeaen public to have a great holiday.

Looking forward to a weeks break in Spain with my two boys 12yr and 16 also my aged Mother, what a dissapointment , we arrived at 9am with full intentions to enjoy the early arraval, but was told we had no rooms and had to be transported to another hotel. Arriving back next... more
