" The room - *** - very basic
We... "
The room - *** - very basic
We had a lovely ground floor room, overlooking the lake. We were ideally located between two swimming pools. The room had 2 double beds, a TV, table, 2 chairs, sink, toilet, shower / bath plus we were unfortunate enough to have a cockroach!!! But when he reappeared out of the vent, he was given a good whack, and that was the end of him.
The resort - **** - Beautiful surroundings
We took advantage of walking around their jogging trail to take in the scenery and stopped to have a go on the pedalos. These were great fun until kids took motor boats out on the lake, and it ended up rather choppy.
The pools: **** - plenty to keep kids amused and bar near pool
We tried the small pool near our room and the large ones. They were both really nice, but the 'lovebugs' annoyed me, so we didn't stay in them for long. (Be sure to wear shoes to and from the pool, as the concrete out there gets too hot to walk on bare foot).
The spa - ***** - WONDERFUL
I had a facial and it was so amazing, I fell asleep! Well worth a visit, whether you're staying on resort or not.
The only negative point that I'd have about this hotel, is the lack of refreshments. In other Disney resort hotels, you bought your plastic cup for unlimited refills and you could fill up at various places around the hotel. Unfortunately the 2 places we found to refill, one was in the restaurant or by the main pool and you had to ask someone else to do it for you.

A nice hotel, along with nice rooms. The hotel has a lake, which provides a nice walk around it. The staff are very friendly and will happily try to sort out any problems you may encounter. A nice sized swimming pool.
Easy to get to and from the Disney parks itself with the bus service that runs from the hotel. All in all a nice hotel, would happily stay again.

This hotel has it all, great staff, fantastic facilities.
Brilliant rooms, wonderful pools. <br><br>
From the moment you check in you know your going to have a brilliant time, in the check in area there is a little place for kids to sit and watch cartoon, while you deal with check in. <br><br>
you can also pre book Disney restaurants in the parks from the lobby as well as character meals. <br><br>
There is a little shop that sells every thing from bread to beer, and a restaurant witch means every one gets to eat what they want as you just go around different kitchens and they all sell different food so every one is happy. <br><br>
There are several small swimming pools and on large on the whole resort is done on a Mexican theme, they shuttle you around the resort in golf carts, and you can hire bikes, boats, and tandems.

The wild life’s amazing from squirrels to armadillos yes armadillos, they have free transport to all the Disney theme parks, and when you stay at the hotel and have a car you get to park at the parks free, saving $8 per day. You can buy stuff in the Disney shops and have them delivered to your hotel for free no carrying stuff around all day,

The disney transportation system is a life saver, my husband could really relax and enjoy the holiday. I would stay with Disney again we had a lovely holiday. Downtown disney is a must we all loved the Disney quest there that was included with our disney tickets.
I would say that all disney rooms are clean and comfortable so it may be worth opting for the cheaper hotels like the all star.
Cant wait to return.
