This was our first stay at a Universal hotel and we weren't disappointed. From the drive up to the hotel we were wowed- the gardens were beautiful, the foyer spectacular and the staff friendly.
The room was decorated to theme, was clean and not too small. The restaurants were very good with plenty of choice. The pool area and beach were also great.
0nce a week the hotel holds a hog roast with Samoan dancers and live music- make sure you make reservations (numbers are limited). It was a magical evening.
