We too experienced ant and cockroach visitation and although we were given a room change and staff were polite we found the cleanliness of our room very poor.
We will not be staying in this particular hotel again. We cannot understand why the hotel is rated so highly in the First Choice brochure.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever had the miss-fortune to stay at, I have submitted a 3 page list of complaints to FIRST CHOICE. The first room we were allocated was damp and smelling of damp with rust all over the ceiling grid, the cooker was like a throw back... more

Ideal location, just off I-Drive. Good selection of shops and restaurants for self catering. On site food court & pizza hut were convenient when we were just too tired to do anything else! Both Disney and Universal were easy drives away (approx. 25 mins & 10 mins... more
