This was our third visit to Orlando in the last 10 years so we are experienced visitors to International Drive and the Disney, Universal and Seaworld theme parks. The following comments are factual and all independently verifiable. We felt that a report such as this needed... more

We arrived at this wonderful hotel in early September, this truly is a 4 star hotel. At reception we were told we would be on the 9th floor, but because the hotel has 24 floors my two sons wanted to be higher, the receptionist asked if we wanted to go higher and moved us up... more

One of the best hotel on International Drive
We stayed at this hotel with our two children and had a fantastic time. The hotel is well maintained, fantastic food, great atmosphere. The have a 24 hour cafe, if you are an insomniacs like us, as we tend to wake up at 3am looking for something to eat. The last week we were there, there were some conferences going on, but it only added to the lovely atmosphere. The pools were very good. The spa shop is fantastic, the massages and skin detox treatment are a little expensive but worth it especially if you have spent a whole week at the parks. You can also buy a Universal Express Plus Card at this hotel, which we couldnt get anywhere as Universal studio and Universal Island of Adventure had run out for three consecutive days. (Fantastic). The concierge at the hotel treats everyone like Kings and Queens, even when you dont tip them. (cos I got tired of tipping every day). The rooms were cleaned on time every day, with new fluffy white towels every day. The staffs are very helpful and polite. This is a luxury hotel and well worth the price. The only downside is the hotel doesnt provide a fridge in their rooms. You can rent one per day. One of our friends who stayed there bought a fridge for £60 dollars which they used for the three weeks there were there. Otherwise I cant recommend it enough, you need to stay there to see how smart and lovely it is. This is one of the best hotel on International Drive Orlando, Florida. I will recommed this hotel as 5*.
Great! Spend the money!
A fantastic hotel! The standard room is adequate and spectacularly clean! The lobby is gorgeous, the heated pool is very large and clean. The on site restaurants cater more to the higher end rather than "family" fare, but the food was great. A 24 hour deli in the lobby is a huge plus. The hotel is a very easy 15 minute drive from Disneyworld, even less to Sea World and Universal. It's a 20 minute drive to Orlando Airport. Lot's of gas stations nearby to fill the rental car! There are plenty of area restaurants to feed your hungry family. There is a mall nearby for last minute shopping. Downsides- The lobby lounge is too "open" and doesn't allow smoking, which was sad for someone like me who wanted to unwind after a long day with a drink and a cigar. The parking garage is a long walk from the elevators, which is a chore when you're toting a sleeping child. For some reason the chamber maid refused to give me washcloths. I had them when I got there, but she didn't replace them on the second day. On the third day I asked for them, but she told me I couldn't have them unless I called the desk. Odd...
Excellent Hotel
Just spent 2 weeks at the Rosen Centre Hotel from 15th Nov to 29th Nov 03.The hotel was beautiful, guest rooms clean and spacious. The resturant and Cafe served the most tasty food. Hotel staff execellent especially the resturant staff who were always smiling and helpful. I recommend anyone visiting orlando to stay here its a execellent hotel...... Happy Holidays!!

Brilliant!!
I stayed at the Rosen with my family in August 2003 and visited Disneyworld which was brilliant. The hotel was lovely - so spacious with accommodating staff- hope to be back next summer again!
fantastic
Beautiful hotel and great facilities for family vacation.
If you love to walk, this is the place to stay, garage far away
The parking garage was over a quarter mile away from the main lobby, (unless you valet park). We walked more than at Disney world. The rooms were OK, but after seeing the front, I expected more. The staff was curtious, and helpful. But the lay out was awful. It appears this Hotel was built with the convention rooms more in mind than the patrons. Also if you had guests and they did not valet park, the cost for the garage was 10.00 dollars a day, was this not a little HIGH???
Great Hotel
We had our family reunion at this hotel we had a great time, and the service was great,
Great Stay
We have stayed at the Rosen Center a couple of times. Most recently June 7-14, 2003 for a conference I was attending. The place was great. It offers friendly staff, clean rooms, huge pool (open til midnight), and a great deli/snack bar. Didn't eat at the restaurants, but the food provided for the conference was excellent. Also, they now offer free shuttle service to SeaWorld and Universal Studios. Hopefully Disney is next. Quiet location with easy access to I-4 and the Beeline Expressway, although we used International Dr. going south to get us to Disney.I highly recommemd it.
Too big complex
Some reviews say it's good for a family vacation, but I don't think it is. It is basically for convention-goers. Too big, too many rooms and not so detailed service.
