When We arrived we were told that due to an error we was not allocareted a room so had to wait for a room to be given to us, although other peoplee were coming in and getting thier room immediateley. After 3 hours we got our room which was supposed to be a four bedded room... more

We are a couple both in our early 20's and cant believe the amount of complaining about this hotel!!! The so called 'bug' is just an excuse for all those miserable/stuck up people out there, that's had a bit too much sangria/sun the day before and need something to whinge... more
