Very good hotel you cant fault the staff for working hard to keep everything clean. There were no organised activity for the Teenagers apart from the water-polo around 5.30pm. The resort is expensive if you want to go self catering other than that enjoy your holiday because... more

Have just returned from our 5th visit and once again the wife and I had a lovely carefree holiday.Self catering is a must and the only meal we had in the room was breakfast. u can hire a toaster 6 euros for a week. A good size fridge and ice box for your drinks is... more

We have just come back after staying in the Sunwing Resort Fanabe, Playa De Las Americas. The kids loved every minute of the stay we could not get them out of the pool. One thing I would say is have some flipflops on for walking around the tiled pool area as the floor gets... more

2nd time we have stayed at this apartments, and sadly we were disappointed this year. Standard has fallen considerably. Pool area was very busy, most days we couldn't get a sun lounger. Pool was full of chemicals and goodness knows what else. The bar and restaurants are good, although again very busy. Apartments standard has dropped drastically within past two years, although still very clean(Cleaned every day bar 2). Shower was far too small, and you could not let any small children use them due to very hot water every 30 seconds.... more

My husband and I have just returned from a weeks holiday at the Sunwing Resort in Playa Fanabe(Sept 07) The resort was clean &spacious, but hardly no entertainment and the price of the food in the restaraunt was way overpriced. Some of the receptionists were friendly but most weren't. As for Playa Fanabe, there was really nothing to do other than go for a walk along the prom,eating out was expensive and the so called Italian restaraunts served the worst food we have ever eaten.Generally our opinion of the whole place was... more

Very clean and friendly hotel. Mostly suitable for families with young children. I travelled with my 2 teenagers (16 & 18) and nothing really for them to do on site, pool, water polo. Sunbeds are at a premium when the hotel is busy, and the usual holiday maker leaving towels on the sunbeds and not returning for hours later, or not turning up for hours spoil it for everybody! Rooms are large enough for 2 people but no more, but they are very clean. more

We fancied a couple of weeks in the sun before our main holiday next April and chose the Sunwing Resort as it offered self-catering facilities, which is important to us as our daughter is coeliac. We selected these appartments as they seem to be set in the quieter part of the Las Americas coastline and we were not disappointed. A short stroll gave us access to all the local beaches, bars and restaurants but we felt far enough away to be relaxed. Super complex and excellent holiday location from cjrossy
We holidayed at the Sunwing Resort, Costa Adeje, last week of July, first week of August 2007. The complex and resort were recommended by friends and certainly matched all our expectations. With two families in our party including two teenagers and one child we were hoping for quality accomodation, family style entertainment and a variety of things to do. Stayed here in 2006 and decided for what we wanted it hit the nail o the head so booked again this year. Upon going back nothing had changed not even the staff! Cleaning still of a good standard, service standard was the same and the restaurant was wonderful. Room was of a very good size for the 2 of us and I had requested a room with pool view by contacting the hotel directly before we were due to arrive and they gave us a great room no complaints at all. We went there in June, the place was not bad but the hotels was not so nice as we thought. The service was regular and the cleaning very bad.

have stayed here 3 years on the trot and we have booked again in 2007. The hotel is mainly inhabited by scandinavians with a sprinkling of Brits. Very peaceful and laid back with no drunken revellers. Hav e been coming to Tenerife for 9 years and this hotel is ideal for us on a self catering basis more
best complex in tenerife from probes
excellent complex, apartment very clean, air conditioned,kitchen had all new IKEA utencils, good balcony, rooms are fairly small, Bathrooms excellent, 2 sinks, large mirror, hair dryer, power shower,. TV, loads of wardrobe space, with full length mirror. very comfortable beds, maids 6 days per week. The entertainment was good, great ABBA show, entertainment for kids all day. me and my friend were lucky enough to book a cheap holiday to the Sunwing in September 2006. cannot fault the place!! the room was cleaned nearly every day, the pool was lovely and we never had any trouble getting a sunbed. the restaurant within the hotel was nice and cheap however there was a huge supermarket near by which is much cheaper!! there was everything you could need in the rooms including air con! all in all a fantastic holiday. - check out the glass lifts!!! more
