Lovely apartments rooms spotless...

Lovely apartments rooms spotless spacious no cockroaches, safe balcony's nice views.
Food was good, could have more variety for children. We found the All-inclusive package not AI only serving times was we able to have free meals & drink.
There was only 1 night of entertainment for children & adults, we had go out of the complex to find entertainment which cost us more money, which with AI we didn't expect! They had no entertainment for the children in the day time only swimming, the pools was kept clean.
I would visit Maspalomas again but not at this hotel if I took children.

If you haven't booked, don't. We moved out after less than 24 hours - such was the lack of cleanliness and general state of accommodation. Our apartment was depressing, tired and smelly - air conditioning didn't work and alleged sofa beds were impossible to sleep on (particularly without bedding!)
Swimming pool littered with cigarette butts and on-site "restaurant" was very poor indeed. Reception staff seemed resigned to the constant complaints and did little more than shrug as one couple described water pouring down their bathroom wall.
Children's entertainment consisted of a recording of Robbie Williams live played by the restaurant after dinner.
Couldn't escape quickly enough - fortunately a sympathetic rep found us somewhere else (I think the £350 helped too!) and we were gone pretty swiftly.
