The hotel was fantastic and very clean. Situated in a superb location literately a 20 second walk from the pool exit to the beach. There was a big downside to the hotel which was the rude staff by the pool and in the restaurant as they seemed to favour the spanish holiday makers they made me feel uncomfortable also angry as the pool attendant moved my stuff whilst I went to the bathroom. I came back and asked why? as he didnt speak english he pointed at a sign which stated "You are not to save sun loungers unless you are using them immediately" I couldnt beleive my eyes as I had only gone to the bathroom. He moved it for a spanish couple as it was nearer the pool for them.
The food in the hotel wasnt fantastic as the main menu was very random. Outside of the hotel was great and i would definately go back to the area but not specifically this hotel.

The hotel was lovely and the rooms were adequate and cleaned on a daily basis to a very satisfying standard. The major downside to this hotel was the rude and obnoxious restaurant staff, they were extremely ignorant and most unhelpful. We went half board meaning Breakfast and tea but was amazed when we found out we had to pay for a drink with our meal. The restaurant staff didnt make any attempt to make us feel welcome and were very uninviting. They were very quick to help other spanish holiday makers but yet stood back and watched us struggle.
The resort itself was in a wonderful location with many activities all within a 10 minute walk. I must reccomend a fantastic pub next door to the hotel pub called The Vic where we found there hospitality was much better than that of the restaurants.
All in all a fantastic Holiday but I would definately not go back to this hotel and in future would save my money and go Self catering as we chose to eat out most of the time due to the Restaurant staff,

The hotel is of the older style but v clean and comfortable, the pool area and gardens are v well kept and pool spotlessly clean. The rooms are spacious v clean with plenty of wardrobe space and excellent air con. All the rooms have pool and part sea view, the only downside to this is the evening entertainment is held outside under the bedrooms, which is good if you wish to watch from the balcony but no good if you want an early night can be v noisy! Entertainment mostly for the Spanish, not done in English. The food quite basic more so breakfast, but didn’t starve only had breky out though own choice.

This was our second visit to the Parasol, we were allocated on arrival and to our dismay found the quality of the meals the same as the first time round! They were of cheap quality, tasteless, lack of choice, cold, badly presented and boring. However on the positive side, the hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. It was in a good location to the beach and the train station La Colina.

Great hotel in a great location. As a family of 4 we were not disappointed. For a 3* hotel it had everything we needed the kids were kept happy with the various daytime entertainment. The food served was very tasty, didn’t ever feel the need to miss meals and eat out. Very close to beach which is always a good thing. All in all great holiday. Going again this year.
