This holiday was cool! Went there first 2 weeks in November! Food was ok and staff were lovely,
Just the best thing for a weeks away,
Other people were moaning about it being on a little hill, but i cant see why, location was good and you were mins away from the beach as well at the town centre (and that’s not what you call a hill).

On arrival the staff were so miserable and we had our key thrown down to us.
The hotel entrance is on a bend on a busy road so its dangerous crossing road.
Our room was on the first floor and considering the reception is on the 4th floor we were in the basement. Our room stank of damp and there was a huge damp patch on wall where the electric sockets were. When we opened our curtains, we were greeted with a white brick wall, thankfully we only paid £10 a night. Although our board basis was HB we never went into restaurant after reading previous reviews.
There is a pub opposite hotel called the mermaid, what a great bunch they are, if you are visiting, give them a call and tickle the dog.

Located just off the main road at the top of the fairly steep hill leading down towards the beach and restaurants (good area for eating etc).
Noticeable traffic noise at night, but none from nightclubs (at least not in October). Hotel itself felt a bit tired, but the gardens were pleasant. Evening buffet was of variable standard - we often had a look and then went elsewhere.
Adequate if like my other half the traffic noise doesn’t worry you.

Me and my partner have just returned from staying at the Las Palomas Hotel for a week. The resort of Torremolinos itself is lovely. There are plenty of shops, beaches and places to eat - the Aqua Park and Tivoli world are a great day out. However we were slightly disappointed with our hotel.
The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly but the food was much to be desired. Breakfast was okay but not great but the evening meals were horrible. There was not a great deal to choose from and the meat tasted awful and was very grizzly. We chose to eat out for the rest of the holiday and there is a great selection of restaurants in Torremolinos centre.
Apart from the evening meals the hotel was perfectly situated 5 minutes from the beach and the same to the centre. I would stay at the hotel again but definitely opt for B&B and not half board.
