This hotel was my worst nightmare, classed as 5 star but Butlins is far superior . We arrived on New Years Eve to be told if we were to be included in the gala dinner and show we must pay 50 pounds, so we were left with no entertainment.

Even though attempts has been made to give this hotel a 'modern' appearance, there was no atmosphere at all. There wasn't a reception area as such, just staff at desks, who were very miserable looking.
