This was an amazin first holiday for me and 8 girl friends who went to stamos for 2 weeks at the end of july and start of august! what more can you ask for 24 hour bar and food a couple of mins walk from the city centre so whenever ya did wanna sleep ya could do it in peace, the family who owned the hotel did everything they could to make you welcome.because the hotel was small it meant you knew everyone who stayed there so we became friends with many people. would go back again next year i would advise anyone to book their !!

Well.....Where can i start. the stamos studios are set in two different blocks, the old block and the new block. my girlfriend and i were lucky enough to be allocated the new block. upoun walking in, i was soo soo shocked at how modern and spacious the apartment was. we paid 40 euro for the air conditionning for the week, and this was well worth the money....and being a brand new apartment it came with brand new air conditionning units which were quality. whilst other people we spoke to in different apartments were moaning about how hot it was at night, me and my girlfriend were fighting over the sheets to keep warm!!! the safety deposit box is also in the room and is 15 euro for the week!! couples, famillys and elderly were allocated the new block, with the old block slighty the noiseier, with the escapades bunch being put in there. i was slightly weiry of just going with my girlfriend as i didnt know how many big groups of lads there would be, taking over the pool and generally being loud, but faliraki was not like that at all. the media have made huge steps in slating this resort, yet it was so chilled by day, and not a sign of trouble in the evennings. this is a resort for everybody....singles, couples and famillies.
the apartments are a ten minute walk to the long golden sands of faliraki beach, five minutes to bar street, and fifteen minute walk to club street.
definately reccommend this apartment block, the only downside i could pick was that the sun wasnt on the pool after 5o'clock in the evening.....however by that time i had had enough of the scortching rhodes heat.

Me and a group of friends stayed at the Stamos apartments this year, and couldnt have asked for a better holiday..
We were given the newer rooms, which were built back last year, which were absolutely stunning! Very very modern, and looked brand spanking new!
The only down fall was that there was no kettle or toaster, so you couldnt really make a lot of food in the room.. But to be honest, we were all mostly too hungover to eat a lot anyway!
The hotel was just a 5 minuter walk from all the pubs and clubs, but it was situated where you couldnt hear any loud music, which was nice when you was trying to sleep in the night. And it was VERY close to the beach.
Favourite bars were: King Arthur.. Amazing live music there.. And the best bunch of bar people you'll ever meet.
Kelly's Irish Bar: If you like kareoke and a laugh.. this is the bar for you. Plus they had Strongbow on tap, so that kept me very happy (and drunk) most of the holiday!
Went down Bar street a few times.. Very good clubs down there. There were a lot of clubs for youngsters.. But also a few nice quieter places for couples/older people..
Overall.. it was a brill hotel.. situated in a fab place. And I would go back there.. and stay in the same hotel! Loved it!

It was my boyfriend and I's first holiday on our own and we loved every second! The people that work there are so friendly and helpful and we had no problems at all while we were there. The pool is great and there are plenty of sunloungers. Better for younger people though. The food in the resort is nice enough but for the best you should try a restaurant called Opera, which is down club street. It was also 38degrees every day while we were there! 5min walk to club street, although we found bar street is the best place to go which is just at the end of club street. Closes at 12 though so you have to move to club street by then. Best place is Liquid and a bar called 24. Visit the Water Park! It was our best day, but wear shoes because the floor gets really hot! Would definitely go back, but for 2 weeks next time!! Brilliant place.

Just back from 2 weeks at Stamos Apartments. The accommodation was basic but very clean with a lovely pool area. The only complaint i had with the accommodation was the lack of a kettle and a toaster which defeats the purpose of self-catering as we had to boil water in a pot and couldnt make toast in the morning (or in our case lunchtime when we woke!). This was probably to encourage you to use the snack bar downstairs. Also could have done with a washing line on the balcony for drying clothes/towels. There is a supermarket across the road which stock most groceries you will need. The apartments themselves were quietly situated a 10 minute walk from Club Street and Bar Street.

My friend and i went to Faliraki in May 2007 for 2 weeks and stayed at the Stamos Apartments / Studios. It was very quiet when we went as it was the beginning of the season but livened up the 2nd week in May. We were'nt expecting much for the price we paid and for the fact it was only 2 star but when we arrived there we were pleasantly surprised. We arrived there in the early hours of the morning and were shown to our apartment. After unpacking we decided to go and see if the bar was open (about 3am) and to our surprise it was. The apartments are family run and they are very friendly. Drinks and food were reasonably priced. The rooms are very basic but most are in Greece but they were clean and ideal for a base. Only downfall was the lack of shower curtain and kettle. The bathroom got very slippy after having a shower so we had to wear flipflops to avoid slipping. We spent alot of time around the pool area which is lovely and clean and has plenty of sunbeds and lovely views (apart from building work which was going on but that should be finished by now) There are 2 shops just over the road which we used quiet alot. I will definately be returning to the stamos apartments / studios. Hopefully going for a week in september.

I went to Rhodes to work out there as an animator in a differnt hotel for 6 months, and things did not go right. I asked the Thomas cook rep where she would recommend for me and my sister to go for a couple of nights until we got our flight home, she recommended Stamos Appartments.
My stay there was fantastic and would deffinatley go back for a holiday. The staff were so friendly and made you feel right at home.
I only stayed there for 3 days, but wish i had stayed longer.
Cant wait to go back!!
thanx for a wicked time

Booked a last minute holiday to Stamos with friend, having gone there 5 years ago and loving the place. Stamos was a great base whether you want to chill out or party. Everyone was just so friendly (at the apartments and out and about).
There is a shop right across the road to get your munchies in, and everything you possibly want to eat or drink in the snack bar.
The two best nights out were in Bedrock and King Arthur’s, and the PA guys outside both of those were lovely - not pushy but really chilled out and chatty (unlike Bar street - but then that wasn’t our scene anyway!)
It was 35 - 40 degrees every day - heaven!!

It was my first holiday away without the family. Went with 6 other friends - girls and guys - had a fantastic time!
The resort and beach was lively and beautiful. The people were really nice, just keep on the footpath though - the drivers are crazy! Taxis were 5 euro anywhere you went really. Never took a bus. So many activities on the beach.
The Stamos apartments exceeded expectations - before arriving in Faliraki I had no idea what to expect as I couldn't find out much information about these apartments or the area they were in but they were brilliant!
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the pool was always clean, our room slept 4 people and it was cleaned twice during a week (we didn't mind that)... there were many activities taking place and we managed to win the 5 a-side football tournament (3 girls 2 guys) oh YES!
All in all a great place to get away with a group of friends - there were also a couple of families with small children at the apartments - they enjoyed it and didn't mind the noise - meet some wild people so you do!
Bar Street technically closes at 12 as that’s when the music legally has to be turned off in pubs/bars - however one man watches out for the police and as they drive through bar street all bars turn the music off, and its like that for about 30mins till the police go away and then the music turns back on and everyone’s banging!
Club Street opens at 12 and shuts at 6... But most are open earlier! There’s such a variety of clubs - I highly recommend the foam party at bed club and for all those who love to dance the Matrix!
The clubs are within 10 minute walking distance from Stamos Studios, as is the beach... bar street is about a 15/20 minute walk but u pass all the clubs and restaurants on the way! Oh and there is a McDonalds for all those cravers!
I would definitely go back! Hope this is of help; I would have loved a comment about this place before I set off! It really was fantastic though! Try the fishbowls, they're awesome!
Oh and plenty of sun cream - it was 46 degrees in the shade for the first 2 days we were there, then it went down to 36 in the shade! Lovely weather!
Have a great time if you're headed there!
