Stayed at lindos view june 1st to 7th 2011.. What can i say, a fantastic hotel, in a brilliant location..clean, friendly hotel, i would most definately return again, year after year after year. lindos is a beautiful village, and one you can never get sick of visiting.. Lovely restaurants and food.. Fabulous :-)

Stayed here in June 2010 - loved every minute of it! Would definatley recommend it here, really nice hotel, nice clean pool area and nice food.
Lindos Town is a really nice place too, plenty of shops, bars and loved the rooftop garden restaurants. Hope to come back here very soon!

A secret little paradise

arrived early hours of the morning, very hot tried to get air conditioning booked but male receptionist said he was to bust and that it would have to be sorted out inthe morning. Apart from that the hlikday was flawless. Fab food fab room fab pool fab staff.

We recently stayed at the Lindos View, we stayed in a larger studio in the newest block. The rooms were the best I have stayed in for any apartments. The staff would do anything for you and were extremely friendly. There was a large group of us as we were getting married at st. Pauls. Originally we had planned to have our reception in a roof top restaurant in town. However after seeing the restaurant at our hotel with it's amazing views!!! no other place would have compared. Yannis the manager showed us on his laptop weddings he had done before, they decorate the room to a very high standard and co-ordinate the colours to suit. They set the room up with a top table, they decorate all tables, make menu's place settings etc. The whole reception was more than we could have imagined and we can't thank the owners and staff enough. We highly recmmend them for weddings over any of the restaurants in town. They also negotiated us a deal with local taxi's to take 26 guests to st pauls wait for us and take them all back to the hotel. They only charged for the food and drink, no extras for decorations and they gave us free champagne, free cake and tea and coffee. see photos below

Myself,partner and twelve year old had a fabulous two week stay from the 10th june until the 25th june. the facilities were very good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially vladimir and stephanos. cant wait until next years annual hols will most certainly be trying to book this accomodation again
what can I say the best by far from strolea
Just returned from a 11day holiday in Lindos, what can i say the Lindos View is by far the best hotel I saw for almost 2 weeks. The hotel is spotless, the maids came in and provided fresh sheets and towels every day. The staff at the hotel are great and the resturant (which has just opened 3 weeks ago) is great, the food is very high standard. Lindos on a whole is a fantasic place to go for a family or romantic holiday, very clean and no rif raf anywhere, just nice and relaxing. The one thing I can say we were a little put out by was that there was no live entertainment anywhere apart from twice a week in the hotel, however I guess if you want that you should go to costa del sol or something. The weather is very very hot so pack your suncream, I only hope you have as good a time there as we did. Would absolutely go back in a flash -- highly recommended

First time in greece and we stayed at lindos view apartments. In one Word B.e.a.u.t.i.f.u.l. All staff couldn't have done better. The service is excellent and higher than we had amagined. Very heigenic and Clean. food excellent shall be returning next year with mre friends and family. A must visit!!!!

Visited in May '05 and were so impressed, immediately upon returning to England, rebooked for this October to bring the kids. (Ages 16 and 12). Excellent facilities that should be rated higher than they are, so the price we paid for a school holiday week was very very reasonable. The reception/bar area is chic and stylish. Downstairs in the basement are facilities for fun such as pool tables, table tennis and video games along with fabulously decorated toilets which would grace most 5 star hotels. Outside, the deck area is a treat and with 2 pools its easy to find a spot for sun worshipping. We requested the same room that we had in May due to its fabulous views of the Acropolis, located above Lindos Town, which is beautifully lit at night. Our room was large, bright and airy and easily catered for a family of 4. The bathroom is stylish yet extremely practical. The bar staff (Sheena, Harriet and Donna) are very friendly, welcoming and make a mean range of cocktails which are reasonably priced (about £3.25). We have now been twice in six months and both visits have been extremely enjoyable. We will be going back to Lindos and when we do we WILL be going back to the Lindos View Apartments!!!

We stayed at Lindos View during the week 5th-12th October and had a fantastic time. 21 of us stayed in total and everyone enjoyed. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived and kept on smiling all week. The brochure photography does not do this place justice at all, as it's recently been refurbished. The new reception area is clean, fresh, welcoming and very modern, the attention to detail is great and our children loved the specially designed toilet facilities. The rooms were very typical of many I have stayed in when visiting the Greek Islands, simple and very clean. Maid service every day (except Sundays) and they were lovely ladies. The food at the complex was amazing, I tried many dishes on the menu and was not dissapointed, from the plain and simple pizzas to the more exotic swordfish....evey meal was delicious. Our friends were married at St Pauls Bay (wonderful!!!) and held their reception at the Lindos View. They were brilliant and provided an excellent service. With Lindos being a popular place for weddings it is inevitable you will bump into a party or two.......why not get into the spirit of things and actually join in??!!!!!!!!! As for late night pool activity.......so what, after all, it's a HOLIDAY!!! We did partake in a bit of late night swimming, and we were moved from the pool at the rear of the complex to the front for consideration of other guests by the management. We did hear stories of a large group of people the week before that used foul language and behaviour, but we were just having a giggle and enjoying ourselves. One slight critisism is the entertainment at the complex - karaoke 4 times a week, and you get the same kids singing the same songs every time!! But they enjoyed it so no complaints there! I would recommend this place to anybody - in fact a colleagues daughter has just gone to the travel agent to book her wedding there!! They were also in the middle of putting a rooftop restaurant on the reception area....we sneaked up for a look and the view will be awesome!! The acropolis lit up and the rooftop terraces of Lindos town. I cant wait to go back again!!!

My wife and I have been visiting these apartments every year for the last five years. They are comfortable, clean and big enough. The pools, which in previous years were heaven, were taken over by drunken people. Many fights at night woke us some times. The food was excellent and cheap. The waiters, Thomas and Vlado were friendly and kind like receptions staff. In the morning shift Diane every year become worst. Manolis is funniest and better every year. Yiannis is the same brilliant guy we met 5 years ago. This was the last time to Lindos view because we are very disappointed. If the situation will not change, these apartments will loose a lot of quests like us.

Excellent standard of accommodation (especially for Lindos where we've stayed many times). Rooms spotless clean, bar staff fantastic, great lunches and facilities. Major downside this time however was that the hotel now hosts wedding receptions (3 in our week) and the parties seem to take over the entire resort (evening functions in particular) even though many are actually non-resident. The poolside, which in previous years has been a haven of peace and tranquility, was taken over by drunken youths (again non-resident) whose behaviour was appalling and their language disgusting. We are only in our late 30's and not prudish by any means but this is a family resort and many guests sat poolside (20's to 60's) were shocked by their behaviour. Despite complaints to the reception staff by residents they did nothing to stop it and it seemed that the hotel was more driven by bar takings than guest satisfaction (this group probably spent more in a day than the rest of the resort would spend in a week so a good financial strategy). We've used the facilities at Lindos View many times over the years (finally staying with them this time) and this is the first time we've been subjected to this kind of behaviour. The Lindos View commands one of the best locations in the beautifically romantic village of Lindos and used to be a great and relaxing place to stay. Hopefully, it will rediscover this magic and get back to how it used to be. In the interim, would we recommend the resort ... On the strength of this week, probably not ... Very sad.
A room with a view from mand
September 17-October 2 2005 What can I say that hasn't already been said? This was one of our best holidays in a long time. Why? Simply because of the fantastic location and accommodation. Our apartment was spotless with modern furnishings, gorgeous bathroom, comfortable beds and being on the main road just a few minutes outside the lovely town centre,the views of Lindos Acropolis (from our balcony) were to die for...if we needed anything it was given... the customer service was excellent...we asked for,and got, ice for our drinks every day for when we were out on our balcony! The waiters especially Thomas were brilliantly friendly,always smiling and the bar staff (Sheena and Harriet) were great...the two pools are beautiful with surrounding gardens and palm trees giving a peaceful ambiance to the place...we noticed by the certificates on the wall in the main reception that the Lindos View has been presented with awards in 2002 and 2003. They should certainly be awarded a top award and a 5* rating this year! As Mr Swarzenegger famously said, "I will be back!!"
