Advice: It is a nice town that is a little over commercialised for my liking.

Activities: Costa Adeje is a nice area to visit, the aqua thermae is also a great afternoon.

Advice: Although there is a free bus, you can walk to the beach in 15-20mins, downhill there uphill back!

Advice: The old parts are still quite quaint, have a coffee overlooking the harbour/beach

Activities: Walk along the front from Los Cristianos into Playa de las Americas takes about 1.5 hours

Advice: Depending on where you stay it can be really hilly

Activities: Loved the Chineese restaurant nearby good take aways. Boat trip to see the Whales well worth it.
