Comments:  I loved it here. It was my first time to stay in the Beverly Hills club. It was amazing. Clean, tidy, big, lovely rooms. Big pool and fantastic entertainment. Very friendly people there. The life guard - Victor, was fantastic. Very friendly and playfull with the children but is also always on watch. Also, I thought that the animation team were great. Very entertaining. I enjoyed playing bouls and water polo with one of the animation team - Peter. He was great. I thought the L.A Show Bar was fab. Very entertaining and had something different on every night for two weeks, which was great. The presenter was friendly and funny - Dave Michaels. He was brill. All these people made my stay in the Beverly hills club great and would definetly recommend for families with children or without. I will definetly be going back there.

Comments:  We have just got back from our second visit to the Beverley Hills Club - we love it! Our apartment was spacious and exceptionally clean (and was cleaned everyday too), and we have always found staff to be helpful and friendly. The entertainment was fantastic. We do not normally spend a lot of time in bars but the LA Showbar saw us in there most evenings, watching extremely talented singers, magicians, and entertainers - full marks to the entertainment manager, Kev. Los Cristianos offers much in the way of things to do. We caught the free coach to the beach on several days and then walked down to the restaurants in the evenings. Would recommend the Shar E Punjab indian opposite the harbour, and Goodfellas bar opposite the Playa Vista beach for a superb bacon or sausage sandwich (with HP sauce!) Sally at the resort booked us a day's trip in a jeep up to Teide, visiting several villages and viewpoints throughout the day. Make sure you visit Santa Cruz, either by bus no. 110 from the bus station outside Netto, or by coach. This is a lovely capital city with an abundance of shops and cafes, beautiful squares and statues, flower beds and a relaxing air about it. The complex is very safe for children, with lifeguards always on duty at both swimming pools, and the children looked as though they were enjoying the Crocodile club. Would thoroughly recommend Beverly Hills - we hope to go back next year and take the grandchildren.

Comments:  Booked independently using our points via RCI. 2 bed 2 bath sleeps 6 [party of 4]. We really struck lucky with our apartment as it had a balcony off the main living room overlooking Los Cristianos, out to sea with unobstructed views. Our rear balcony, off the master bedroom, overlooked the swimming pool.
The apartment was clean and had full kitchen facilities to be completely self catering if you wanted to cook!
We didnt go much into the sister complexes to partake of the nightly entertainment so can't comment much. We just wanted a very lazy and unstructured holiday and so Beverely Hills Heights was exactly what we wanted.
Reception was welcoming, and although checkin was 5pm, when we arrived at 3pm our apartment was ready. They do have luggage storage if your room is not ready.
Both my mum and myself have health problems but managed the 'hill' walk however the courtesy bus is excellent and reliable for getting you down into Los Cristianos and back again. So if walking up hills is not your thing then the bus service alone can alleviate some of the hesitancy about choosing The Heights. It cant drop off or pick up at different points due to the taxi drivers complaining, which is understandable, but it is still certainly a bonus.
Nearby to the complex are numerous supermarkets, the one located in Beverley Hill Resort I believe delivers.
Again there are restaurants very close if you dont want to walk alot, although not necessarily the best in my opinion, but we did find a restaurant that although not the cheapest was certainly very good value that we returned to on a number of occasions.
I did meet with the rep for resales, and to be honest found him quite courteous - in spite of other reviews I have read about - however I think he knew that as I have a large amount of 'points' he couldn't push the sale based on my benefit of more points!
We chose The Heights, over the 2 other complexes which are connected because we knew that it was the quietest one. However had we wanted more 'action' then the proximity of the other 2 complexes would have made for an easy night out.
The pool was well supervised and even at its busiest we managed to find sun loungers - the life guard was excellent at providing umbrellas if required.
I was informed that the complex was running at about 70% capacity - this was Feb half term - and it never felt full or busy.
At the time of travelling they had waived the guest fee charged via the RCI system so that was a bonus.
Overall I would go here again and would recommend it for young and old.

Comments:  A very last minute decision to accompany my friend on this holiday - and was NOT disapointed!

This holiday can be as relaxing or as energitic as you want as the complexes caters for all. We chose to relax by day by the pool (great to see that the kids creche kept the children well out of our way!) and then by evening we took great advantage of the entertainment programme - we didn't need to venture of the complex! We didn't find the drinks any more expensive than other places, we just didn't like the poor exchange rate - but can't blame the hotel for that!

Being young i suppose I'm used to keeping active and walking, so the climb didn't really bother me, but can understand the elderly and people with pushchairs may find it difficult.

Recommendations - don't eat in Summer days and nights for evening meal, stick to them for a great breakfast, the hotels own supermarkets litre bottle of vodka is great - despite being 5euros! and definatley go to Rosies, the hotels off-site Mexican - its fab!

Enjoy!

Comments:  I can't thank Beverly Hills Club enough for their help and understanding. We have called in for a drink and visited the night club on many occasions and always wanted to stay there. We arrived at another resort which was a hell hole (thats being polite) I walked into the reception at the Beverly Hills Club and explained that we were without an apartment for a week (bearing in mind this is Xmas & New Year) They helped us out without hesistation and made it a week to treasure. Thank you Beverly Hills Club you are a credit to the timeshare industry.

Comments:  I stayed here for a week with my husband and two children aged 11 and 8. We booked it through Timelinx (our holiday club) as a presentation week, which meant we had to agree to attend a presentation of between 90 and 120 mins long where they would show us the benefits of timeshare and we could decide if it was better than the system we already had. More on this later. We could have been allocated to the Hollywood Mirage or Beverly hills heights, but we ended up in Beverley Hills Club.

We arrived after midnight and were quite impressed with the reception area and the pools are really lovely when lit up at night. Everything was clean and tidy. We had a 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment which overlooked the tennis court, we were street side and it was very noisy overnight, I think they collect rubbish every night as I was awoken each time. There was air conditioning which went off in the middle of the night and was quite noisy anyway.

We were expecting the timeshare rep to contact us to organise a meeting at some point, they arrived at around 9.30 on the 1st morning (sat) and told me my time was 10:30 on Mon, Iasked if that was negotiable as I was told by timelinx it had to be mutually convenient but I was told it was not and that a rep by the name of Debbie would pick us up and take us up to the office. I agreed and we went about our day.

On the Monday morning a Mark turned up with some excuse about Debbie not making it and he would see us instead but it might be a bit later which was quite annoying as we were hoping to get it out the way and still have the day left. Wrong. We told him from the start that we were not going to buy a timeshare and we were happy with timelinx he would not take no for an answer. He kept us prisoners for over 5 hours. My daughter was very rude to him she was saying to me 'mum make him stop talking and holding her hand up at him'. He ignored her and carried on. I found out later when we did escape that when the children had gone into the crèche (I use the term loosely) they had encountered a lady who obviously did not want to be there. She was heard saying on the phone to someone 'I'm stuck in this dump'. Great attitude for looking after kids, not. We were threatened with having to pay the full cost of the holiday as we would not wait until Mark said the meeting was over but I stood my ground and they were forced to follow us outside. Where a rather condescending manager approached me and asked why I was so stressed when I said " pi$$ed off with the hard sell" he turned to Mark and said we don't want this sort of person here anyway, so we quickly walked off laughing that I should have sworn earlier and still had the day left. Grr

Anyway I have had an apology from the resort office and they did offer to move me as well, I declined as we were out and about anyway and they promised to leave us alone. Beware anyone going here on these deals it is a con. As for the rest of the holiday it was great, Aqualand was fab though quite costly and queued for over an hour for a couple of burgers. Rosie's mexican restaurant was lovely as was the Oystercatcher both nearby. Would go to Tenerife again but not in a timeshare place.

Comments:  This was the worst resort I have ever gone to. When we got there they weren’t going to let me and my fiancé stay as we were not 23 but they did not mention this in the booking.

The room was shabby and unclean and we had to pay an 80 euros surcharge as we were RCI. The staff were so unfriendly and did not make you feel welcome at all. The food was very dear at the restaurant. The bar was dear as well and the free drink you got was awful.

When we checked in as it was our first time there, nobody told us where to find our apartment after touring up about 12 flights of steps and trying to find someone who spoke our language to ask was very hard. We had no lifts and had 4 flights of steps to our apartment.

You got water and juice from the hotel and they charge you for this. Some of the rooms are very basic for being a gold crown. It was right at the top of the hill so when you had been for some shopping it was a tired trek and most of the things were melted by the time we got back. The beach is at lest a mile away unlike stated in the advert. Also you can’t check in till at least 4 or 5 and this was awful as we arrived early afternoon.

There was no pool entertainment, was good for kids but nothing for all ages. Could never get a sunbed in either pool. I would not recommend this resort it is a rip off for RCI points. Also was like being on a building site.

Comments:  DO NOT GET SUCKERED LIKE WE DID!!!
Resort is fine, but their resales - RESORT PROPERTIES - are liars.

After 8 hours of wearing down, they sold us three "investment" weeks that would "100% guaranteed" be sold within 12 months. Their hard sell (Anna in particular) lied through their back teeth and we should have heeded the warning signs when we saw several irate people at their various "presentations".
Do not believe anything they say, and if you are going on one of these hard sales pitch holidays make sure you have somewhere important to go an hour after your alloted appointment time....do not give them any quarter, and do not part with any of your hard earned cash.
If you really do want an investment portfolio of useless weeks, please let me know, you can have mine free of charge.

Comments:  The communal areas of the complex, the staff and facilities offered were really good.

Just be careful of the ground floor apartments - we were in one and was infested by ants - not once but twice. They came back only a couple of days after the apartment had been fumigated.

We were moved but we had to jump through hoops & stick to our guns for it to happen.

Was recommended a fantastic restaurant in the hills near San Miguel - It proved to be excellent.

Get into the right apartment and you could have a fantastic holiday here.

Comments:  I have stayed in Beverly Hills Club every year since I was 3; please consider the fact that I'm only 16. I have loved it every year.

My family and I enjoy staying there. The people are so helpful and polite, every time we go there; it feels like we've come home. We have no plans to change resort. We love it there so much, we go there every year.

The views we see are beautiful and we love to sit on the balcony and watch whoever is in the tennis court, play tennis. When we were younger, my little sister and I loved to go to the crocodile club. The people were very friendly and the activities we did were a lot of fun, we got on well with every one that was there. I love the fact that the hotel is not that far from the beach.

You could even walk it if you wanted to. There is also a bus that can take you there. I haven't myself used the bus because my dad always hires a car.

Overall I have to say that Beverly Hills Club is by far my favourite resort, compared to the other resorts I've stayed at.

Comments:  Visited Beverley Hills Club in August with my daughter and her friend both 14 the complex was very nice with 2 lovely pools, with the added piece of mind that the pool had a life guard all day.

We had breakfast and lunch at the restaurant in the complex and found the staff very friendly especially Lucy she was very friendly and helpful giving us little tips about the restaurants to visit although we have been visiting Tenerife for 13 years we pretty well know all the best restaurants, and although we normally stay in Torviscas it was a change to stay somewhere different.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the apartments and the staff where friendly especially Alex on reception who was very pleasant, I have to say its the most relaxing holiday I have ever had, even managed to read a whole book on holiday for the first time, I would definitely go back but unfortunately because we booked through our time share with RCI so we cant return there for 4 years, which is a shame.

The people staying were all very friendly and my daughter and her friend met some very nice people, we met a lovely lady and her daughter from Scotland, who we hope to stay in contact with for many years to come, we are returning to Tenerife in October but unfortunately to another complex, but we will return to Beverley Hills one day. Thanks for the memories.

Comments:  Upon arrival I was totally blown away by the apartment. It was huge with two large bedrooms and two bathrooms, it was very clean and fittings were of a high standard. They even had some British television channels which is always nice for those nights in. There were 3 problems with the holiday.

The biggest problem was the fact there were no lifts we had to carry the pram up a flight of stairs with my 2 year old daughter in it. The second problem was the pool, although the pool was beautiful, the sun loungers aplenty and the life guard very helpful to all the pool was freezing cold! The third problem was the location, it is up a huge hill, not nice to climb whilst carrying 5litres of water and 3 shopping bags back from the supermarket!

We did however get over this problem when we discovered a taxi back from the centre of Los Cristianos was only 3 euros and a taxi to Las Americas was 5 euros we simply taxied to places. Overall it was a lovely complex and I would go again. However, it is definitely not suitable for prams or wheelchairs.

Comments:  I have just returned from staying at the Beverly Hills Club and The Beverly Hills Heights (1 week in each).

I have no complaints at all as the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff at both of the timeshares were excellent. The only thing was 'Cardiac Hill', my God the stairs and braes (Scottish for hills!) were unbelievable. We counted the stairs coming from the LA Show bar, (where the entertainment was absolutely fantastic) going to our apartment and we had 156 steps to climb. There were even seats halfway up.

I would definitely go back but would not recommend it to anyone with problems with their knees, back, walking or overweight people, because in the heat you really suffer.
Anyone else though, especially families fantastic!

Comments:  The accommodation was quite basic but very clean and comfortable. The staff at the restaurant and reception were very helpful and friendly.

There is a nightclub area on site which is great for kids early on in the evening but did have a bit of a 'tacky' feel. There seemed to be children in the club very late at night even though the entertainment at that time clearly wasn't suitable.

It is located in a nice area with other lovely resorts and restaurants surrounding it, but it is a good walk to the main part of Los Cristianos and is up hill !!

Overall I would say the Beverley Hills Club is pleasant but you need to be prepared to take a taxi in an evening.

Comments:  Tenerife in autumn appears to be the domain of the over 55's who like to expose their over tanned bodies in thongs and gold jewellery. Images of Peggy Mitchell come to mind!

Not having been forewarned we visited with three boys who wanted to swim in the pool, play football and generally be children. BIG MISTAKE!!! Each dive into the pool was met with disgusted tuts from the bronzed beauties lying at its edge soaking up the rays. Sounds of bouncing balls were met with hostile stares - unfit parent was heard whispered and the island in general had a definite aura of "children should be seen and not heard".

I guess we maybe went at the wrong time of year. Perhaps it's great during the summer months when families descend en masse and noise, fun and laughter are expected. I would however advise caution if you intend taking the children out of school and visiting during the winter months. IF you do decide on this route might I suggest that you also take with you a very thick skin.

On a plus - the timeshare accommodation that we stayed in, despite being set at the top of "cardiac hill" was immaculate, well staffed and very friendly.
Would I go back? Maybe - but only between the months of June – August.
