Total dump!! We booked in Dec 07 with Thomas Cook, the brouchure says 4 star, as does the website...believe me it is NOT a 4 star, it is struggling to be a 3 star (which it has actually been downgraded to now so don't get conned!) Bed was never changed in 2 weeks, people... more

Me & my boyfriend stayed at the Tryp hotel in cayo coco and it was the most brilliant holiday! we did get off with a bad start though after being stopped at customs in the airport where they search your luggage, when talking to others at the airport who have visited cuba... more
