The Midtown is a great hotel, the room rate is low compared with other hotels in the area and the facilities are very good. The pool is a great bonus on a hot Boston day and the hotel is about ten minutes walk from the amtrak station (Back Bay) and less than five minutes from the Prudential Centre. All the sights of Boston are in easy reach either on foot or by jumping on the T (subway system).
I would go back there anytime I'm in Boston
