Ideally situated between Polis Town and Latsi Harbor "Nicki Holiday Resort" is the ideal property for both families and individuals. Located only 450 meters from the main public beach in an area surrounded by beautiful green fields and walk paths, but less than 2 km in either way from nightlife and services. This is the perfect place to relax.

The Nicki Holiday Resort has been fantastic, when we arrived (very late at night) the staff were very inviting and friendly and this continued during our stay-they could do enough to make us feel welcome.
The Penthouse was lovely-the views fantastic.
We stayed half board and the food was very nice.
The swimming pools were clean and safe and our two boys spent a great deal of time in the pools.
Polis was very welcoming, relaxed and traditional- all in all...

This was our second visit to the Nicki Resort and once again we have had a wonderful holiday.
the resort is superbly located halfway between Polis and Latsi in unspoilt Western Cyprus.
Close to quiet beaches and with wonderful views over the surrounding countryside this family run resort offers excellent facilities and service to its guests.
The staff, from cleaners to bar/restaurant staff, and the owners are pleasant and friendly and make us feel welcome. With one holiday each year it has to be a good one!!
We look forward to future holidays there

We’ve visited Nicki’s for 6 years. We do we keep going back each year, well it’s to visit with friends, friends that were made 6 years ago on our very first visit. The Stratis family and the staff always smiling (well, nearly always). The polis + latchi area is beautifully, unspoilt. An abundance of local taverns + restaurants make over eating all to easy! Nickis too offers all these amenities, food, and spectacular views, modern well equipped apartments. As we said, we visit our friends in relaxed comfort.

This was our 9th year there by 2 visits per year. This visit due to our being married 21 years we wished to have our wedding vows blessed in the country we love second to England. Through our friendship with the Stratis family (Petros Stratis) kindly arranged for our vows to be blessed in their own family church, of which we were extremely grateful. We personally would highly recommended Nicki Holiday Resort and the beautiful surrounding area of the northwestern Cyprus. PLEASE TRY IT, and insist that you are given the opportunity. You will NOT BE DISAPPOINTED
